   Waitress was sweet but EXTREMELY over priced for the quality of the experience. Half my sandwich toppings were left off - as were on my mom’s burger. None of the sandwiches come with sides - neither do the chicken tenders/ sliders. I was asked what kind of side I wanted with my sandwich then was charged $8 for it. We were there for a birthday dinner so tried to make the most of it but it was awful.

   It was amazing. The staff was the sweetest and the food was yummy! The kids loved all the variety. A great place for the entire family to dine and look at all the decor!

   We dined at the sugar factory this past evening and had a blast! Our waiters name was Peter and he was phenomenal, he was attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. The restaurant was all decked out for Christmas with Christmas music playing as we dined. Our drinks were made exceptionally by the bartender Gabe, you have to try the Rudolph’s red nosed margaritas when you go! We will definitely be back after the holidays to see the original decor! Thank you Peter and Sugar factory for a great experience!

   Disappointing to say the least. Made reservations for 6 PM for a party of 5. By 8pm we were still waiting for two pizza and a chicken sandwich. Manger stated that they had lost power (odd because lights and music were blasting) . However, no one communicated that to the table. In the meantime, everyone just sat around. Food was mediocre at best. Drinks are completely overpriced. Customer service is nonexistent.

   The waiter was very good and was on top of his job. It was his first day and he was amazing. The service on the food side was extremely slow. Overall we did enjoy it.

   We sat down and the restaurant wasn’t even crowded. It took 50 minutes just for the girls to get their milkshakes. The food was not good and it took over an hour to arrive. It was expensive and mediocre at best. I’m not sure I would come back again. The ambiance is what drew us too the place. It is nicely decorated for Christmas and we thought it would be a festive place to take the girls. Expensive and disappointing.

    Sugar Factory is an amazing and fun venue! The holidays are the best at Sugar Factory with their special holiday menu options. Fun and festive drinks, shakes, desserts, appetizers, and entrees. The food is amazing! Haven’t had anything that wasn’t top notch. The ambiance is festive, and fun. This is a fun place to go! But… The service was not good at all. I’ve been twice in the last three weeks with two negatives on service. I tipped because it’s the holidays but it definitely wasn’t earned. The only issue I have is that typically they add a 20% gratuity for parties of six or more so to receive very poor service knowing that they’re going to get their gratuity, no matter what gives a little bit of a negative rub. As I said I tipped anyways it’s the holidays but would’ve enjoyed an amazing experience for my twin daughter‘s 40th birthday. We got our own straws, extra napkins, had to request missed drinks, missed appetizer, etc. And yet, I know we will be back because it is just that good! Just stay on top of your server! Three hours parking cost $50 and it took literally three hours start to finish and then we had to haul to get to our cars so they wouldn’t be towed from the supervised lot. But go, have fun, enjoy, and when you receive great service please post it so mine isn’t too negative. I just believe honesty is the best policy. I really just wanted to get up and help them serve!
