   We were 6 adults - we ordered 3 hamburgers and 3 tacos. It took over 1 hour to be served even though the restaurant was less than half full. The same goes for drinks. In the face of this I subsequently found the auto 20 % gratuity offensive. All and all a VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE

   The $20 premium milkshake did not come with even half of the items it showed in the picture - and was still charged full price. Not worth it.

   Holy crap! Awesome food, vibe, everything eas awesome. The manager Brandon and his crew here are incredible. They took incredible care to make our meal incredible and memorable! Gabriella is a phenomenal waitress! The half Kong party was the piste resistance!

   The servers were confused and untrained. The food took a long time to arrive and was B in quality. Next time I’d come for dessert only.

   Such a disappointment. I took my 10 year old daughter and four of her friends for a fun holiday lunch while I sat at another table with my son. It wasn’t busy at all, but it was a solid 25 minutes before anyone approached my table. The girls’ table was taken care of sooner, but it still took longer than it should have. The nonalcoholic fishbowl drinks are $33, which is crazy for a sweet drink with some gummies in it. The girls were disappointed it didn’t have the smokey effect (I guess they ran out of dry ice?). I ordered a glass of wine and was told they were out of white wine, Aperol and espresso martinis…not sure I’ve ever heard of a restaurant running out of so many beverage items the week of major holidays, especially since part of the drink menu is specifically catered towards the holidays? It took over an hour and a half before both tables received our food. I’m not even going to spend time writing about the quality of the food because it was terrible. The surrounding tables were equally frustrated with how long it took to get drinks/food/general service. I still tipped 20% at both tables though because you could tell the restaurant was grossly understaffed and those poor servers were doing their best with a kitchen and bar that couldn’t get the food/drinks out at a reasonable pace. Not sure where the management was, but the restaurant desperately needed some. It’s a shame that such a fun, festive atmosphere was such a let down in every other way.

   Everything is oversized and generally overpriced. Service was very slow. Food was ok. Atmosphere is festive but not when you have to wait so long for service

   The restaurant was decorated for Christmas and gave you a festive feeling the moment you walked in. We were seated right away. After viewing the extensive menu for quite awhile 3 of us ordered their burgers. They were 2 burgers smashed with brioche buns and they were really delicious. They came with a big bowl of fries which were good. One friend ordered the appetizer of meatballs and they were very overcooked and ate only 1 of the 3 with much effort. Chocolate milk shakes were yummy. We enjoyed watching the other tables and the huge drinks and shakes they ordered. It was a fun night and we had a good time. The bathroom was a mess. Toilet not flushing toilet paper all over which I reported to the staff. The shakes took a very long time to come out I think something like a half hour for one and 15 to 20 minutes for the other which were just normal milkshakes not fancy. Overall the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was fun especially on Christmas Eve.

   wait staff was amazing. super friendly and responsive. dessert took way too long to arrive and wasn't great. writing and pictures on the menu were too small and not kid friendly. Decorations bizarre (a hanging Torah?)

   Decorated very cute for the holidays. Service was not good at all and very over priced drinks for having no alcohol.

    Food was terrible, service was very slow and honestly for the price they charge for food it would be nice if they didn’t use canned cheese and frozen burger patties.
