Overall experience here was not good. Service was extremely slow, but could have been that he was overloaded with way too many tables, They were out of multiple things on the menu by 6pm. All of the food was BAD, ordered lots of different things and nothing was good. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Would only recommend going here for drinks and a bar atmosphere, the specialty drinks are fun.

Long wait even with a reservation, expensive drinks and food. The food was delicious and the shakes are amazing. We just got an appetizer and shake to split. The bathrooms we unattended and had no soap.

really cute concept but they were out of everything, no communication so i was waiting an hour and a half on a dish that they didn't even have and nobody informed me until after i had paid and been sitting for an additional 20 mins while i kept asking about it. such a loud place the music needs to be turned tf down. food was good but i don't know if it was worth the experience

The environment was to die for the waiter was wonderful and friendly however the food was terrible.I would certainly just go for drinks or ice cream with the kids..

Horrible service. Mediocre food. High end prices with a bad Waffle House experience.

Never going there again! Went there for Valentine’s Day, and practically was eating with the family next to us! The music was way too loud and everyone was complaining! Got there 25 minutes before our reservation and still didn’t get sat until 30 minutes after, hostess didn’t know what she was doing, sat us and walked away and said nothing to us. The service was awful as well, food was terrible. For the $100 we spend for 2 meals is outrageous! Also charged $15 for gratuity! Restaurants charge that when there are 6+ people, our server didn’t deserve a tip anyways. I don’t recommend it at all, I can say I’ve went but I’ll never go again!

They did not have many items on the menu. The waiter was not good at all. There was a lot of false advertising. Went for my daughters birthday and their was no acknowledgement after we told the waiter it was her birthday and we wanted a sparkler every other table received theirs except us . The overall service there is horrible, but the decor was set up pretty nice .

It was my daughter’s fifth bday. Validation wasn’t offered. Wasn’t given an option of a booth There were no to go cups, or cup with lids for toddlers/ young kids. The place wasn’t stocked. Couldn’t order what the bday girl wanted. Cheese pizza! No Mountain Dew No onion rings. The chef took it upon himself To add extra tenders without notifying my server.
