   The restaurant was short staff. The food came out without our bacon, jelly for the toast and no sauce for the tenders. The facility had no to go containers for food. The staff didn't come over to check on us. The receipt states mandatory 20% gratuity which I don't mind but, the service should have been worth it.

   I think it was a little overrated … food was definitely not worth the price. I spent $200 on 3 burgers and 2 desserts and the automatic tip. However, the atmosphere was cool. Music was hype and my son loved it. Needs to be cleaner !!! The menus had dried food all over them, the bathrooms were filthy and no soap for the amount of people working in there and the chairs were so wobbly I thought it was going to break. For the amount of money they bring in they need to do better.

   We made a reservation for my birthday and once we were sat we waited for 30 minutes before a busier dropped off waters. No waiter ever came over. They were still sitting people even though no staff was coming to any of the tables. At one point someone yelled out that there is only 3 people working. It had been 30 minutes so we left. Also there was a hair in one of the waters.

   Service was slow and all the wait for TERRIBLE food and way too over priced. Food taste like they popped it in the microwave smh. Won’t be going back EVER!

   Horrible first they charged me with the wrong bill so I had to pay 102$ for something that wasn’t mind still waiting on my bank to refund the food wasn’t really well season and milky and the milkshakes had no consistency just straight milk horrible place to eat at.

   Overall experience here was not good. Service was extremely slow, but could have been that he was overloaded with way too many tables, They were out of multiple things on the menu by 6pm. All of the food was BAD, ordered lots of different things and nothing was good. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Would only recommend going here for drinks and a bar atmosphere, the specialty drinks are fun.

   Long wait even with a reservation, expensive drinks and food. The food was delicious and the shakes are amazing. We just got an appetizer and shake to split. The bathrooms we unattended and had no soap.

   really cute concept but they were out of everything, no communication so i was waiting an hour and a half on a dish that they didn't even have and nobody informed me until after i had paid and been sitting for an additional 20 mins while i kept asking about it. such a loud place the music needs to be turned tf down. food was good but i don't know if it was worth the experience

    The environment was to die for the waiter was wonderful and friendly however the food was terrible.I would certainly just go for drinks or ice cream with the kids..
