   Everything was pretty good and the server was very nice. A photographer took pictures of my friend and I, and offered us one for $25 which was kind of cool considering we dressed nice :) I give 4 stars because the portion size for the food just isn’t worth the price, although the food was very good there could be bigger portions. I recommend the fried Mac bites, I don’t remember what they were called but they were delicious!!

   The floor, wall, and bench was very dirty. The floor looked as if staff wiped all the crumbs from tables straight onto the floor and didn’t bother sweeping. There was also a vape on the floor next to the table we were seated at as well as wires under my feet. The table was very wobbly and slid around the floor when barely touched. Our waiter did not check on us for 10 minutes after we were seated even though we had reservations and were not checked on at all after serving us. On top of that it was only busy in the bar, we had ordered ONE THING: 3 scoops of ice cream that was supposed to have cheesecake bites, white chocolate and strawberry drizzle, strawberries, and chocolate shavings. Not only did it take over 30 minutes for us to get the dessert we ordered, it was missing white chocolate drizzle and chocolate shavings. We were also given tap water without straws in plastic cups with beaten up rims. We will not be going back and won’t be recommending anyone to go there. This restaurant charges too much for dessert that is missing pieces to it and for how dirty the area is. Very unprofessional. I would have rather went to friendlys.

   If you plan on going to Sugar Factory over the weekend, I highly recommend making a reservation. No wait line and was quickly seated. They brought water to the table and took our orders fairly quickly. Very busy establishment, appetizers came to the table before our drinks. I ordered the Hawaiian Punch it was very good. Food was good. Server was professional and kind. They brought out a piece of cake with a candle and sang Happy Birthday to our birthday girl. Great experience overall. They had a photographer go around and take nice pictures they will offer to sell during the visit. If you plan on attending, go you won’t regret it.

   Celebrated my son 16th birthday. We had a group of 10 and made it very special. Loud but that’s what I was expecting.

   Took 20 minutes to get water, ordered another drink that never arrived. Waited 40 minutes for food and server did not come back to even refill the tiny glass of water we were given so ate our meals without anything to drink. Asked for a dessert menu and she brought our bill. Did not feel welcome at all. Significantly over priced, crappy food with fancy desserts

   We had a wonderful server, Juice! He was attentive and professional on every level. The food was not that great. No healthy selections. Sitting in the middle of the restaurant is not pleasant, loud and uncomfortable. There are a few prime spots which we didn’t have the luxury of sitting in while dining for lunch two days in a row. The value for the price is not worth it in my opinion.

   Food was very good for sandwiches and burgers. Drinks were overpriced and small. Waitress must have had a bad night cause took forever just to come greet us and went down hill from there. Other tables seem to be served in a timely manor so I can only judge on our experience. So try it for your self.

    The overall experience was nice. A few things that were kinda odd was the fact that they don’t split the check. Also the vibe felt a little boring. When I’ve come with friends in the past the music was loud , lights were flashing and the servers seemed more fun. Last night, although the servers were very nice , the energy was lacking. Overall I’d rate the entire experience a 6.5/10
