   Went for my birthday and friends birthday and our server was so sweet! Food was excellent ! We did the loaded fries, spinach dip, and wings. The goblet was good but would have loved less ice. We did the Mai Tai Goblet. 9.5/10 overall.

   It was so beautiful in there very much different from the one in Georgia. Miami definitely looks better food is great love the wings and drinks 10/10

   This experience was nothing short of AWFUL! I wasted at least an hour attempting to find the location. The address listed was non-existent; After Googling and looking out photos I tried multiple addresses. I attempted to call the listed number as well as any other numbers I could find. Some numbers just rang, while others had out of service. I asked the local restaurants if they knew where it was, and they said they had multiple people looking for the restaurant as well.

   One of the worst meals I’ve ever had. My kids even refused to eat the burgers given how dry and hard they were. The positive reviews must be for the old business/location. This place is tiny and feels worn out. It is labeled as a pizza place and had that restaurant’s menu displayed out front. I walked in to ask for directions to sugar factory and they said this is it. Honestly, did another place acquire the rights to the name and menu and is serving it as requested based on the prior reputation? $30 for sliders that were inedible in a bad location is pretty disappointing.

   Food was very bland. Restaurant was not easy to find. Service was disappointing, not only did we have to ask for straws and salt pepper but we then had to wait over 5 minutes before another waiter, that was not ours, brought some out. I wouldn’t recommend.

   Great service by our waiter “Miguelao” … thank you for making our dinning experience special and fun! And to the rest of the staff as well for all their great hospitality. Great food and location!

   We ended up leaving as soon as we walked in! Not the "Sugar Factory". Tiny area shared by another business. Ambience is off, decor is off, menu is off. I know they are trying to remodel the actual restaurant which is the reason for the condition, but until they fix it, I don't recommend you go.

   I wouldn’t recommend this new location. Small space, very loud and not enough room to sit comfortably. Seems understaffed, very long wait times for food and drinks. Doesn’t look like the old Sugar Factory at alllllll. It was my sister birthday, I didn’t even bother telling them or ordering a dessert.

    This was the worst possible dining experience ever. Such a complete waste of time, money and calories. They moved the restaurant to another building that looks nothing like the pictures and did not indicate that on open table or when they confirm. The hostess answers the phone and does not indicate it is a restaurant...just hello. It is a building that says Little Nikos, nowhere does it say Sugar Factory. The music is extremely offensive and loud (my kids now know if you are sexy clap your hands). The service is marginal. I saw our drinks go to someone else's table and then get brought to us. Such a waste of a Miami meal. I would prefer to eat at McDonald's.
