Being to numerous Sugar Factories- this was by far the worst! I’m sorry we didn’t turn around and walk out. It took 30 minutes before some one came over to ask us if we wanted water. Mind you it was not crowded at all. We were celebrating my daughter’s 24th birthday . She ordered a drink and it took an hour to receive it. The sodas we ordered never made it to the table. The food was disgusting. Never again ! Way over priced poor quality food and service was aweful.

I visited Sugar Factory last night to celebrate my 30th birthday, and it was a terrible experience. Our food took 30 to 45 minutes to arrive, and we had to repeatedly remind our waitress to bring the drinks we ordered when we first sat down. To make matters worse, several items we ordered were unavailable, and we were only informed after waiting a long time. I was supposed to receive a birthday song, but the waitress didn’t ask about it until my party was ready to leave, at which point I no longer wanted it. The service was disorganized, and the manager was extremely unprofessional, arguing with members of my party when we raised concerns about the service and food. Additionally, the waitress failed to card anyone in my party for alcoholic beverages, which is not only irresponsible but also a legal issue. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor service, and disregard for basic protocols made this an awful experience. I would not recommend THIS Sugar Factory location for anyone celebrating a special occasion or expecting quality service.

We tried ordering several items but were all out of their signature dishes on the menu that we tried order after six try’s we finally found something that they had in the kitchen. The waiter was amazing and very apologetic, he tried is best considering they had no food to serve.

They were out of many things in the restaurant, including sparklers for bday celebration. That is the whole reason we came to eat there

We Had An Amazing Time! Great Vibe, the server was amazing! And everything was perfect! I have been to the Miami & Delray Beach Location as well and this one was a blast! The only negative was the women’s bathroom it was one Tiny bathroom so it was a wait to go to the restroom! But everything else was perfect

We had three different waiters in 20 minutes without getting any drinks or service. They were out of everything tequila, champagne, wine and cheese. Turn around and walked out and went down the street to the yard house.

We had a wonderful time! The food was excellent and the dessert top it off! What a great experience!

It was ok. I have been to Sugar Factory in Miami area twice and it was more alive and party vibe. The one in Orlando was quiet and not much going on. The bathroom needed some repairs and the door was being painted as we walked in and out. I guess it was a slow day. Our server was nice and attendant us well.
