Coming Sugar Factory American Brasserie, America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, expands with its newest location in the notable Resorts World New York in Queens, opening to the public August 2021. The 12,000-square-foot location is the 22nd location for the world-famous brand celebrating 10+ years serving the most decadent sweets and treats around the world.

Sugar Factory at Resorts World New York will be located at the porte cochère entrance to the resort. The 218-seat restaurant dining room is a contemporary rendition of an old Paris brasserie bar featuring hot air balloon banquets, café seating, floral lined walls, two large white illuminated canopy trees, and an impressive DJ booth. A private dining area with a stand alone cocktail bar will complete the room, with an additional 14 bar seats for guests to enjoy. Upon entrance, diners will be greeted by a life-size, instagrammable flower wall with neon wall art.

My waiter, Robert, distinguished by his long, gray braided hair, provided an exemplary level of service that was truly remarkable. He demonstrated exceptional rapport with my family, and his recommendations were both insightful and impeccably aligned with our preferences. Some of the food was not bad but when it came to the burgers the meat was like school lunchroom burger I think a little more effort needs to go into making a better burger I was a store-bought patty and the topper is a hefty service charge it doesn't go to the server

The waiter was very nice. However the food wasn't hot. I don't believe that was his fault. My chicken leg did look like it was old. Please specify the eggs aren't fresh but imitation. The apple juice was also warm. Overall it wasn't a meal to get me to come back.

Not as nice as nice inside as the Miami location but same food and drink menu etc. overpriced nice looking and could be fun for kids

Marcus was a great waiter. I was disappointed with the menu. I tried to order the 2 lobster tails meal and I was told it was no more lobster. How do you run out of lobster? I chose the shrimp quesadilla and it was good,however, I had a taste for a lobster tail.

Food is a little pricey but place was beautiful server was nice and they took there time with the order our bill was higher then expected overall nice place lower the price of the food

I went there for breakfast and it was delicious. My guests enjoyed it too. We had a wonderful server. He was very very attentive and had a nice sweet disposition and personality. It was well worth the cost and I would highly recommend it to anybody who wants to enjoy a good breakfast. Just one tiny complaint unfortunately they do not serve decaf coffee, only caffeinated, which I find somewhat unusual for a large restaurant. Other than that, everything else was superb, fresh, hot and delicious.

My best friend and I came in for girls night out. The staff was all very pleasant and quick to service us. The food was superb. We loved seeing others celebrating their birthdays and how the staff was enthuse to sing.

No one acknowledged us after we were seated. The waiter came twenty minutes after we were seated and took our drink order and food. The food we received came and only one person, out of eight, was pleased with it, which was BBQ wings. After bringing the bill out, they took an additional twenty minutes to take payment. We had to walk and search for someone to swipe my card. The customer service was terrible and the food was overpriced.

Good accommodation from the manager. The food could of been better. Waitress was really nice.
