Sugar Factory Tampa will be located at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at 5223 Orient Road, Tampa, FL 33610. Sugar Factory American Brasserie will be open weekdays from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. and weekends from 11a.m. – 1a.m. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served daily and brunch will be available on Saturdays and Sundays. Sugar Factory Tampa will be located on the Mezzanine level of the casino, overlooking the grand entrance, within the newly opened hotel and casino. The 120-seat full-service restaurant will feature the brand’s signature confectionary, which boasts a 4,000-square-foot, floor-to-ceiling candy wall with over 500 types of candy, including a selection of bulk and novelty candy like the world-famous Couture Pops. Complementing the candy, the café will also offer coffees, hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, homemade specialty rainbow doughnuts and pastries in addition to homemade gelato and ice cream.

It was our first time. Fun vibe and we got cute pictures but that’s about it. Service was really slow, food was not that great. Our dessert milkshake was the best part. We should’ve just gone for dessert. Not sure if we’ll go back.

food was okay… took forever to actually be served, this is our second time here, and i’m a server so the amount of tables to server… should’ve been faster service but it’s was okay overall

They had no soda so we had to drink gross Florida water. Burger was good. Grilled cheese was so so as there was more bread than cheese. Fries were very good. Peanut butter shake was good and the cake on top was delish.

Went here for my BFFs Bachelorette party. She wanted to be sang to. We paid a 25$ fee with any order of desert. Boy did they deliver!!!!!! They had the light shut down and half the employees came out with light wands singing let's get married had the whole restaurant got involved. It was fantastic would definitely go back!!

Our server was not that busy to keep on top of serving me and my wife. He brought us some water and thought that what we wanted to eat with our meal. The food was the worst. I had to ask them to represent my wife birthday even though it was in the reservation. When they did come by there was only two people in the restaurant. Did I tell about the food being terrible.

Fun place. Food meh. Memories were made though! Prices are very high. Portions are too big. Smaller portions that are possible to be finished= lower prices.
