Sugar Factory American Brasserie, America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, expands in New York with their new Times Square location. The family-friendly, high-energy, celebration destination known for its sweets and treats is set to open in New Yorks famous Times Square.

    Terrible from start to finish. Wouldn’t recommend. Way too high priced for the value. You could spend the money at a way better restaurant.

    Food was good, portions were good, drinks are expensive (lots of ice) but good to share with a group. We went when they only had brunch options and a few appetizers and had so mine in our party that couldn’t have gluten. There are not many options at all- but the manager was kind enough to make an exception and make a salad.

    I frequent here and today left a sour taste in my mouth from the staffs attitude problem to the presentation and cleanliness of the menus I love coming here but today made the decision me and my boyfriend who create memories here will not be back

    The service was very slow. The waitresses were very unpleasant. The food was disgusting, the place was very dirty

    This was a cool tourist spot in Times Square. Be warned families there is no children’s menu

    Over hyped. Food nice enough but beware - they have run out of rubber ducks to provide with meals and drinks which state you will get to take these home - they do not openly advise of this and the price remains the same. Goblet glasses old and tatty spoiling look of videos and photos

    We got there at 2:45 but were told we had to wait a half hour before the brunch menu ended and we could finally order lunch foods. Then the waitress disappeared and someone took pictures of us and tried to get us to buy these $25 picture frames. Our food took 45 minutes, they messed up my friend’s order, and everything was subpar for the hype. OUR DIRTY DISHES WERE NEVER CLEARED. We ordered $25 extravagant shakes, and it was embarrassing to have a picture of these shakes with dirty dishes in the background, even when waitstaff passed by our table a few times. Went for a birthday and needless to say the birthday was ruined by this poor experience. We came all the way from Long Island. It was not worth it.

    Atmosphere is great. Rainbow sliders were expensive and dry. Mac n cheese lolipops were good. Drinks good, pasta good… service good. Will be back

    This was my family's first experience at the Sugar Factory and we thought it was OK. The food was good, but it the ambience was too dark and the waiter did not check in on us. He came to drop the food off and didn't come back until the end.
