   Wonderful food without the high price of many Vegas strip restaurants. Try the truffle fries and brussel sprouts! Delicious!

   Sugarcane is probably one of the most efficient dining experiences you will find on the Strip. I appreciate that they always have many reservation times open and they go out of their way to honour them. Seems so miniscule but with the various dining experiences I've had in Vegas this is a big deal. The food is great quality every time, as well as the perfectly crafted cocktails. The pricing is a little steep, but I don't mind the extra few dollars as long as they stay consistent. I will say I wish they would introduce some live music of some sort in the future, even if only for special occasions. The service is always on point as well as the recommendations. I've never had any bad experiences here. Chimichurri Skirt Steak - 4/5 (great serving size but sometimes the steak itself isn't seasoned and very dependent on the chimichurri) Duck Fried Rice - 4.5/5 Spice of Love cocktail - 5/5 Torrejas - 100!/5 P.S. Our server recommended Torrejas and it was PHENOMENAL. Do yourself a favour and save room for dessert!

   We needed to have a quick lunch meeting and this restaurant was perfect. The service was attentive, the menu offered something for everyone, and the food came quickly so we had plenty of time to eat within the hour we had available. It's a fast walk from the Caesar's Forum Conference Center too. I'll remember this one for future conferences in LV.

    The prices for what you receive are ridiculous. An order of yellowtail taquitos was $21.00. You got 3 in the order. Each were the size of a pinky finger and didn't have much yellow tail in them. $27.00 for beef short ribs that were nothing more than a small appetizer. $81.00 for NY Strip fried rice was way overpriced but the only thing that filled your stomach. After spending over $500 for 6 people everyone was still hungry. Definitely not going back. I have lived in Las Vegas for over 30 years and eaten on the Strip countless times and this was the most disappointing meal I have had.
