   Our main courses were delicious. The bacon wrapped date appetizer had a lot to be desired. Mushy dates and undercooked bacon aren't a good combination. And there were only 4 of them for 10 dollars. A little pricey. Also it was extremely noisy. But still, the main course of salmon and shrimp scampi were very good.

   Zoey was our server and was fantastic. She made some great recommendations since it was my first time there. The food was great and the restaurant gave me a great birthday experience.

   I recently dined at SUGO, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely divine, starting with the tender and flavorful meatball appetizer, which set the tone for the meal. The eggplant Parmesan was another standout—succulent, perfectly layered, and bursting with cheesy, tomato-rich flavor. For the main course, the Branzino stole the show. The fish was cooked to perfection, with a crisp, golden skin and a flaky, delicate interior that melted in my mouth. To top it all off, the espresso martini was rich, smooth, and balanced, making it the perfect way to end the evening. Every dish was a testament to SUGO’s commitment to quality and flavor. The service was equally outstanding, thanks to Zoey, who made the entire experience unforgettable. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations that truly enhanced the meal. Her impeccable timing, genuine enthusiasm, and attention to detail made us feel completely cared for throughout the evening. Zoey’s exceptional service, paired with the delicious food and inviting ambiance, makes SUGO a place I’ll eagerly return to and recommend to everyone I know.

   We've had a number of special occasions at Sugo and it is our special celebration place. We have always had such a positive experience. But...we had Katie take care of our table of 6 on Friday night and she was likely the best waitress I've ever had! Just super attentive and made us feel like we were her only customers which we were certainly not - the restaurant was packed. The food as always is genuine and saves a trip to Italy for us! Mr and Mrs C Are always so cordial walking through the dining room, greeting and making everyone special. It's consistently a magical place to celebrate!!!

   We had a wonderful dining experience! The restaurant was well-kept, and the atmosphere felt inviting. Our waiter was extremely courteous and took the time to walk us through all the menu options, which we really appreciated. For appetizers, we had the calamari and their special Greek bread—both were a delightful start to the meal. For the main course, we tried the salmon and the chicken pasta. While the dishes were decent, the overall presentation and flavors made it enjoyable. We wrapped up the evening with a rich chocolate mousse for dessert, which was the perfect ending. From the appetizers to the drinks and dessert, everything contributed to a memorable evening. We’ll definitely consider coming back!

   After a recommendation from a former chef there, I went to dinner with a friend at Sugo for the first time. We were greeted immediately by hosts Fredericko and his wife Nancy at Sugo. We got a prior reservation for the last table and I can understand why this place is in demand. It is one of the best restaurants in Johns Creek/Duluth area. The wait staff are friendly and attentive. The food was amazing. Many people celebrated birthdays there. We got several appetizers like the flatbread,and octopus cooked and tenderized perfectly. Their greek/italian style meatball was excellent and entrees were prepared perfectly. Our cocktails were smooth. Other customers mentioned how they have been going to Sugo for years and always treated like family. Our server Katie was excellent and so upbeat, we could tell she enjoys meeting people and working there. We will definitely be back.
