   Although I left remarks in my reservation on Open Table and called the restaurant to let them know if was our Anniversary, none of the staff wished us a happy anniversary. In fact, I asked that they surprise us with an amuse bouche, cocktail, or dessert (I let them know our cocktails likes), we also didn’t get asked a thing about a surprise. Needless to say that nothing was said or done for our anniversary. The 12 years old bottle of wine we brought in had its cork broken off and then when the wine was poured it was poured outside of my wine glass. One of our appetizers wasn’t delivered at all and my Wife was brought the incorrect dessert to boot. The bottle of wine took 40 minutes to get opened and poured, we were the last ones at the restaurant because the service st times forgot about us. We left after 3 hours exhausted but also humored at all the hick-ups, but not a single person offered a comp, including the manager who retrieved the broken cork successfully but then over poured a glass. Long story to say, it’s too bad because the hot stay was lovely.

   I went in with high expectations and they were not met. The location can’t be beat and for that I will still rerun. The food was just average but the desserts and the drinks were fabulous! We were there for a special 60th birthday and I had requested several times that the dessert include a candle and requested a quiet secluded table but alas no candle nor quiet table was given. There were toddlers and babies in the restaurant as well that was unexpected for a Saturday night but I suppose if you are staying overnight there is no other place to eat. Overall it was not a special place but is well worth a stop in for drinks and a fabulous view!

   Anything could go wrong- went wrong A little boy spilled a cup of pineapple juice right next to our table. The waiter didn’t offer to move us to other table while they were on their knees cleaning the carpet. I expressed my dismay but we were totally ignored. Food wasn’t impressive at all- I ordered a salmon but the center was cold The manager offered freebies but freebies don’t make up for spoiled birthday dinner.

   We were celebrating a friend’s birthday on a Thursday evening. It is a beautiful location. Everyone from the valet to the hostess to every waiter was friendly, cordial and warm. We were treated so nicely. The food was delicious. I would definitely go back.

   Very pleasant venue for weekend brunch. Staff attentive and you don’t feel rushed. Nice to have brunch menu on Saturdays, too. Outside tables are super, weather permitting.

   Sula is an outstanding restaurant with excellent food and service that is fairly priced . It was the best restaurant meal we had in a very long time and we can’t wait to go back . Kudos to the manger Gloria who is so attentive to the details that make for an exceptional experience.

   Beautiful interior, cozy booths, multiple fireplaces. A lovely dining experience all around. Food was delicious and wine list pricing was reasonable. Great service, too.
