    Overall Was an ok experience. Staff is not up to par with this type of restaurant. Food was good

    Appetizer #1 Ordered the Beef Wellington Bite - The Beef Wellington sauce was SALTY and overpowered the dish. We couldn’t bring ourselves to eat more than one each. Appetizer #2 Ordered the Jumbo Lump Crab Cake. Crab Cake didn’t taste good at all, the crab tasted like it was not properly stored, and was contaminated, we couldn’t bring ourselves to finish it either. Dinner Plate #1 Ordered the 12oz Filet Mignon with Crab stuffed shrimp and Lemon Beurre Blanc, for dinner plate # 1… the crab had the same bad taste and the shrimp were rubbery and also had the same contaminated taste. Never received the Lemon Beurre Blanc. The steak was cooked to temperature for the most part, but it was under seasoned. Dinner Plate # 2 ordered 16oz Ribeye with the Gorgonzola Butter. This was prepared correctly and was one of the best things tasted at our table, along with the sourdough bread served hot and with butter. Dinner Plate # 3 ordered Seared Scallops with the Zesty Lemon Cream, Basil Oil, Asparagus Risotto. Not to our surprise, the scallops also carried that same contaminated taste, but it wasn’t as strong as the other seafood served at our table. A the plate came with maybe a 1/4 cup of the risotto and 1” asparagus chunk. Only Side Dish ordered, Lobster White Cheddar and Bacon Au Gratin Potatoes. The lobster spoiled this whole dish. Found NO bacon pieces; and the lobster was not properly peeled so we had shells in our dish as people went to take bites; and again, with the awful contaminated seawater taste. Ordered two drinks from the bar, a beer on draft and martini. The martini was left untouched after one sip. The server never asked about our thoughts on the food, but he was also not at the table but maybe a 3 times in total. We were too scared to attempt dessert after this awful experience, AND I’m a dessert person and will always take one to go if I have no room at the restaurant. The experience and quality of food is definitely NOT worth what we spent!

    It was horrible I took my lady there on valentine night and our reservation was at 10pm we got there at 9:42 and got seated at 10:17 and didn’t get our food till after midnight and ended up getting our foods boxed to go. We got home and tried our foods, fried rice was hard and dry and no seasoning on the tomahawk steaks and that’s how valentines got ruined for us

    Possibly our worst ever restaurant experience. We were seated late and worst of all the entrees arrived TWO hours later. I ordered a New York strip steak cooked medium. It arrived so scorched that I could barely stick a fork in it. It was shoe leather quality and the manager even acknowledged it was more like a hockey puck. The manager did subtract the price of the entrees from our bill and apologized profusely to the poor service and delays that we experienced. This was the second terrible experience at Sullivan’s for us and we will never return.

    Bad service, bad food, $300 bill for 2 people. Overpriced underperforming. Cost doesn't equal the food or service. Crab shell found in food. Chairs with upholstery peeling off. Steak not cooked to order.

    There was over a twenty minute wait when my reservation was made days after Christmas The hostess was very rude and belligerent The food was over cooked The live “music” OMG even deaf people were complaining The wait staff was attempting to save the night doing what they could when the rest of the staff wasn’t

    Took us 1 1/2 hours to get our food - yes it was Valentine’s Day, but it still shouldn’t have taken that long
