    We dined at Sullivans to celebrate our anniversary it was a wonderful experience we enjoyed everything from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The staff made us feel very welcome and special our table was decorated with rose petals and candles such a treat our server Mike was super friendly and helpful and informative with his recommendations he did not miss a beat and he went above and beyond to take care of us. The food was divine I had a filet and my husband had a ribeye we shared Brussel sprouts lobster Mac n cheese and a baked potato as well as the most delicious appetizer ever Philly cheesesteak egg rolls and peanut butter pie for dessert which is the most amazing dessert ever

    Not great. Bad service, basically had to beg the server to do his job. We had a party of 8 and they essentially forgot about us. Food was super mediocre for a prime steakhouse. Won't go back.

    Do NOT waste your money on Sullivan’s in Charlotte. Our experience was so bad, it was comical! There were gnats flying all around our table and on the walls. It’s a steakhouse and they couldn’t cook a medium or medium-well steak to save their lives. We paid and they couldn’t get our change right…even after two attempts. We finally just left because we couldn’t stop laughing at how awful it was.

    We had a delicious meal at Sullivan’s. Cocktails were perfect , all the food was delicious, and they even decorated our table with rose petals and celebration of our anniversary. The value was actually excellent. We ordered the three courses for $50 since we did not want large portions. It was plenty of food for us and a great deal.

    Highly disappointed I called a week in advance before 2/15 to confirm that I can book my reservation at 10:30 pm and was told that I could . We arrive at the restaurant and was told that the main dining room was full and that if we didn’t want to wait bar seating was the only other option . Not even 5 minutes into sitting down a server tells us we should Just leave because they are about to close and our food will probably be wrong . I am highly disappointed with my 5 mins experience . I took a uber to the restaurant just to be turned away at the door . Not the experience I was hoping for whatsoever

    Darryl was the best server! He made our first time there memorable— from the recommendations to the attentiveness to his joyful spirit. 10/10 would recommend! The crab fried rice, crab stuffed shrimp, salmon, steaks— everything was excellent.

    Had an excellent experience at Sullivan’s. Ambiance was great and the Cajun ribeye was one of the best steaks that’s I’ve ever had. The mezcal mule is also a must try if you love a great drink.
