   I decided to book this poor establishment for my birthday dinner. Worst choice ever. Food was very mediocre. The waitress, Amanda, informed me the Brussels sprouts came with bacon bits but they indeed had big chunks of bacon. I didn’t enjoy my sides and expressed that. They were disgusting actually. The supervisor, Melvin, who was very rude and dismissive, expressed he couldn’t do anything but give me half off because that’s their “house policy” but this house policy is not in fine print on their menu or was not expressed when greeted and sat. My friend ordered a lobster and it was cold. They brought a new one and it smelled horrific. It stunk up the place. I had to hold my nose. She still had to pay full price after expressing this. We expressed our concerns to Amanda and she advised to call the next day, which is today, and told us to express our concerns to the GM, but she gave us the wrong name and number. Overall 0/10 experience and I wasted my birthday dining there. I’m sure it’s because I’m black.

   Clearly too busy and unable to manage. Forgot to bring salad, one steak sent (ribeye overcooked) back (party of four), filet mignon 2 came out cold. Basically, not worth the money and only busy because of captive audience in hotel (Westin). You can do better.

   Just about as mediocre as it comes. Our server tried hard, but the poor kid was 20 years old (he told us by way of explaining why he didn’t know what beer they offer) and no experience with either the food, or certainly, the alcohol he was serving. There are so many better places to spend your money.

   Our wait staff was good. Seem to be having issues in the kitchen. Received our drinks and appetizers . Reservation was at 7:30pm at 9:25 pm, we had not been served. So we kindly requested the check and left.

   I took my husband to Sullivan’s Steakhouse for his birthday and it was the absolute perfect place to celebrate his birthday! Great food, wonderful drinks, service, ambiance, and they even had a jazz band playing! They also gave my husband a birthday card and a free full size dessert of his choice.

   I ordered their Bone-In Ribeye Cowboy Cut and it was cooked correctly in regards to temperature but the steak was extremely lacking in seasoning. My date had the rack of lamb and had to drench it in their house sauce in order to be able to enjoy it. The sides were just okay. The service was great, the drinks were good as well. I likely wouldn’t return based on the taste of the food versus the price point as there are several other good options in the city at this price point that don’t disappoint.

   We celebrated our anniversary while in Detroit for a conference. We felt such love from our host stand and server Beth. Food service was fantastic and cocktails are top notch. Thanks for making us feel so special.

    Made a reservation online. Arrived, and no one greeted us at the hostess stand for almost 5 minutes. Then, an employee helped us, although he was not the hostess. We got sat in the back by some women who were listening to their own personal music conflicting with the band that was playing live at the restaurant. Then, while sitting at the table, we waited for over 10 minutes for service, and it never came. So we left. I can not really rate the food because we never got any. But the service was not great.
