    Second time coming around lunch time and the drinks were subpar… the comp. birthday dessert or any dessert wasn’t offered. My steaks were overcooked this time and Freddy, the waiter, needs better customer service skills. 6/10 but will return 1 more time to see if my first time was the one off or if this experience was.

    My dining experience on New Year's Eve at Sullivan’s Steakhouse was once again outstanding. The food: filet mignon, New York strip, au gratin potatoes and crabmeat fried rice were sensational. This meal made me want to continue eating it even after my stomach was full. A second time, everything was cooked as requested and seasoned well. Our server Maurice was attentive, and he did not wait for me and my guest to ask for what we wanted. He acted on his own initiative to get us what we needed. A warm welcome was received by the Supervisor Michael Pons Jr. who once more made me feel like a valued customer. Dining at Sullivan’s Steakhouse made me feel great on my first day of 2025.

    During NYE with a less than crowded restaurant the service level was lacking and slow. It took 2 hours to receive our entrees after we ordered it.

    Our food was overcooked and the portions were small for the money that we paid. The only good part of the meal was our appetizer of calamari.

    We were seated at a very slanted table. When we asked to move we were moved to a very large table for our party. It was hard to hear each other. The service and the food were average. Our server forgot several things but they weren’t on the check so we didn’t complain. It was very expensive for just an okay dinner.

    Appetizers and dinner came out at same time, ended up not eating the appetizers. Restaurant was kind of bright, felt like a school cafeteria and not like a top steakhouse.

    Took 10 minutes to get water and bread. Took 20 minutes to get a bottle of wine then they only had one bottle of rosé in the entire restaurant. Cold brussels sprout side dish. Did not have chocolate cake, dessert. Overall, just a very, very poor experience.
