    Very expensive menu offerings, especially steaks. We had to request the price fixe menu. Waiter was polite and courteous but offered no vegetable alternative to vegetable on entre, except mashed potatoes. Meals were well prepared and served hot. It was a challenge to use the open table point redemption gift card but eventually he figured it out

    I never send food back. Sent back 1 entree and the other 2 went uneaten. It was one of the worst meals we’ve ever had.

    We had a great time at Sullivan’s. Amy took care of us and was fantastic. She was on top of everything and made us very welcome. I can’t say enough about how well she treated us. We enjoyed our food and drinks. Everything was great.

    Terrible experience...ordered steak medium served over well done....went to the restroom before dinner and they cleared my table with along with a full glass of wine....unbelievable

    No waitress. We waited for 25 minutes at our table before we walked out. We saw 5 servers and 5 bus boys walk by us for 20 minutes with no eye contact. We asked a busboy who our server was as my wife wanted a drink. She walked by us twice with no eye contact. We walked out without ordering.

    First time at Sullivans. Service at my particular table was attrocious. Had to ask for water after my group sat for fifteen minutes. Waited forever for the server. Then waited forever again for our drinks. We were sitting for 30 minutes before our drinks arrived — I kid you not. And the place was not busy on a Monday night. Food was inconsistent. Ordered Bernaiae sauce with steak. Got steak with no sauce. Then was informed that the restaurant was out of bernaise. A bit late in the game to serve a steak and then tell the customer they don’t get what they ordered, right? Regardless, the food was good overall. Although the potatoes au gratin needed salt and pepper for some flavor — no big deal. Never got asked if we wanted more drinks (wine) until we all were finished eating. The restaurant missed out on another sale. We went to the tiki bar up the road for another round, instead. To condense: Service = deplorable Food = decent Value = reasonable only if the preceeding two items were superb. Probably wouldn’t go there again.

    Food was excellent as always, however……reservation at 7:15, not seated until 7:30; large group of girls very loud; food took over 45 min after we ordered; shrimp was under cooked - but they took it back and replaced with fresh ones. Too bad we had these issues as we were celebrating our 45th Anniversary.
