I used to LOVE Sum Dang but we recently went back and they had an entirely new menu and the quality had significantly declined - on top of the poor food, we also had horrible service. They were out of a lot of different things (including sake) brought us the wrong food and there was a long wait.

Our server Natalie was awful. She didn’t check on us one time. The manager and another server saved the day. She kept blaming the Kitchen as if we couldn’t see her. The Soup Dumplings and the Egg Rolls were delicious. Would only return for those.

The homemade dumplings were not great I’d the soup dumplings had no soup and were dry the pork dumplings had too much dough. The sweet and sour chicken was over cooked and tough to eat almost had a burnt taste with chard edges. The server was very nice and attentive.

Service was great! Food was stupendous! Crab Rangoons were amazing and soup dumplings did not disappoint!!

The service and atmosphere were great, but the food was not good. The dumplings were rubbery.

The atmosphere was great. The parking on a Saturday is crazy! You may want to allocate 5-7 minutes to find a parking spot. There’s indoor and outdoor seating. Mia’s Mango Tango hot tea was good. We ordered the chicken egg rolls. Two of us thought they were decent, and one didn’t like them at all. We ordered, the Orange chicken, Sesame chicken, and General Tao’s chicken. All three were decent. My friend was not impressed with the orange chicken. Other friend was not happy with the fried rice, because it only had egg in it, and we barely saw any egg. We tried the cherry cheesecake egg rolls, and took two bites, they were just okay. My friend had. My friend got an alcoholic drink, think the Alto, and it had a spoiled taste. We said we would only return for to go and on a Tuesday when entrees are BOGO.

Food was unfortunately cold and dry at delivery. Wait time for food was taking long between every order there was what felt like 30+ min. Waiter was great seemed overworked and only one taking orders. But can see he was trying his best not to show his overwhelmed situation and kept a smile and humor to lighten the situation

We have came here MANY times, and this time had to rank at the very bottom. I typically only do reviews when it’s positive… but this was a visit to make us not want to go here again. Our server was nice - but not attentive. The menu had changed and the food was a waste… we hardly ate. We had to continue to ask for water, condiments, our food was really delayed, and then lack luster. Super bug bummer to celebrate our anniversary dinner and to have that crummy of an experience.
