Service was absolutely terrible. Our table was ready 45 minutes after our reservation time and no one there seemed to think that was an issue. Once sat down took server 15 minutes to come to our table to get drink orders and then disappeared for 20 minutes. We got our food before the server brought our drinks to the table. All meals arrived but one and the table finished our meal before the last one arrived. Once the last meal arrived it was incorrect but the server or manager never came back to check on us to make sure it was correct. Overall very poor customer service and wait staff was non existent.

They were not helpful at all and very rude when we arrived, they made our first experience really unenjoyable. If going as a family I would avoid as they just made it difficult from the start. The food was also average.

I ordered the shaved brussels sprouts salad and the first time it came out; I had to send it back because it was mushy due to the amount of salad dressing. I didn't have to wait long for a new one with the dressing on the side. This was the second time I ordered this (the first time the dressing was on the side), and I won't order this again. The first visit I ordered this, the salmon I added on was inedible. If I go back, I will not order this again. On a positive note, the service was great. Also, the delicious cookies in their bakery is the reason I would go back!

A gluten sensitive diners dream! We have a gluten allergy diner and a celiac in our family and there was easily something for everyone on this menu. The food was delicious and our waiter was friendly and attentive. Thanks Caleb! While some of us were returning guests it was the first time for one us and he is fan for sure! Finally, good food at the Springs! :)

We love the ambiance of this place! We had Sunday brunch food. Began with potato salad stuffed eggs, then had a nice salad with fried chicken. Everything was filling! Our waitress was very accommodating and attentive. We will be back again!

Although we stopped in for just drinks and a pizza it was all very good. We were sat down in the sunroom which is absolutely lovely. Everything was great! And on our way out we stopped in the bakery and took home some sweets.

Frankly, just another arrogant Disney Springs restaurant whose only goal is to turn tables as quickly as possible. Booked the table 3 weeks ago and on arrival told restaurant was backed up and could be 25 minutes. One meal was delayed for some reason so we all sat there with our meals waiting. Childs meal was cold. Server tried to sell desserts whilst we were eating our main courses which I do not like and as soon as the bill was presented a credit card machine was rammed in my face for payment. Food was ok not great.
