   Lovely visit, again. Had the special lunch menu, good choice, excellent value. Service very good.

   Very hit and miss - can be excellent, can be a bit poor. Make sure not to give anything but positive feedback at the time - they take it very badly - the more senior the staff the worse the response. But same with service as the food - when they are good they are very very good!

   Such a lovely place to enjoy dinner and food is quite nice but not exceptional by any means . This is our second visit as last time was the height of summer and service was awful , chance 2 in winter would be entirely different one would have thought . Once again little things matter , pour your own water , pour your own wine? Take away the bread and olives we had at the beginning of the meal before the starter arrives not after the dessert arrives! We were Not asked if everything was ok during meal and we ordered a bottle of white and a bottle of red wine , but they forgot the red entirely . Very little personal experience, staff members were doing their job but no customer connection . Possibly more personal restaurant training required . Sadly once again disappointed . Expensive .    Booked as 2 course dinner and tribute night. Great communication via email, taking our dinner order and very friendly response. We received a reminder the day before the event and I felt valued as a customer.

   This was our second visit here for a girlie lunch and we were not disappointed. The food was absolutely wonderful and the staff so kind and attentive. It was a bit noisy but there was a party waiting to go through to the private area so on e they were sorted the noise level did drop, however it did not detract from us being able to hold a normal conversation. I'm definitely going to return next with my husband as I know he will enjoy it. I highly recommend this restaurant. It also has amazing views put over the Moray Firth.

    Been to Sundancer a few times and very happy with everything. Today I wasn’t happy. The food wasn’t great. The chips were very chewy as if they were lying about and refried. The rump steak was ok but very small. Pity there were no vegetables or some salad with it. Wasn’t very appetising when put in front of me. My friends burger was not great and she felt the chips were the same as mine. Again no salad or veg. My other friend was delighted with her meal of sea trout. The cheesecake and coffee were delicious.
