This is our second time enjoying this brunch. The food is excellent, big variety of everything, Mexican, Italian, seafood, desserts, American. I wish they had a salad bar with more choices. The ambience was fantastic. Big part of it was the live band playing. Bossa Linda set the place on fire with their music. Service was excellent, we had Alejandra as our server and she was very attentive. Overall , great experience. Maybe they should have a dress code to make it more elegant. Some people were dressed very nicely with long dress and tights and others were in shorts and flip flops, not for the queen mary . Especially if you are paying $120 plus tip per person.

Service was bad & food was bland. Not worth it for the amount of money per person. We had to wait a long time for our beer & we almost got our own coffee.

The food was low quality and very cold Said they lost power to some of the stations so cold food or no food”. Not worth the high price! Corned beef like rubber, carne asada was not edible, eggs Benedict was refrigerator cold. Salad bar was pathetic it went on and on. The only hot food was waffle or omelet with 2 people working and a line of 20. The tamales straight out of fridge. Seafood bar was fresh well cared for . One Christmas tree no other decorations it looked like a banquet hall with tables stuffed with Ed in sailed . So sad to see a great buffet decline like that

My personal overall experience was a level three. I did think that the Korean ribs were delicious. All the food was delicious. My wife and child were sat up against the wall near the servers, which I did not appreciate our servers did not come around as much as I thought they should many times I was without drinks they didn’t come and gather our dishes after we were finished with our food, the seafood section I thought was mid par. Overall, I give the rating a 3 1/2 my wife loved it. She loves the queen Mary. She loved the food. She loved where we sat, but she didn’t pay I paid and I wasn’t that impressed.

We made reservations here to celebrate 2 birthdays and an anniversary. Parking was easy and free with validation. We got there early and walked around the 3rd and 4th level. They had beautiful Christmas displays and decorations…great photo ops. The buffet was an impressive spread. Lots of choices. Any beverage minus alcohol was included. The live band was nice background music, not too loud. The staff were friendly and attentive. We would definitely go back. Great place for celebrations or a good Sunday brunch.

It was boose and they kept taking people's waffle out with they gloves and patting pancakes with they gloves instead of just asking for the plate to slide it on. The omelets were made of liquid egg, instead of freshly cracked ones, I'd expect a real egg for $100. There also was also no taste of the bayou. The mimosas / champagne should have been included in the meal for $100.

Highly recommend, good quality of food. The presentation is superb! The jazz band was so pleasant, just the right volume. The staff are lovely and decor unbeatable. Nice to see guests wear period dress, thank you for the effort to look nice. A dress code would be nice ...

We were impressed the moment we were seated at our table which was elegantly set with white tablecloth and sparkling glassware . White jacketed waiters were a testament to the lost art of professional service that seems to exist only in fond memories. The assortment and display of epicurean seafood was the crown jewel of this expansive delicious brunch.
