– “where sunshine spends the winter” – also known as Tex-Mex cuisine served in an Old-West-inspired atmosphere alongside music inspired by Austin.

The cuisine is a combination of 1950s Tex-Mex and the wood grill that has taken the food to another level by way of fajitas and more. An “evolved Tex-Mex menu,” includes the classics: tacos, nachos, tamales and enchiladas plus more intricate dishes such as wood-grilled fajitas and shrimp tacos always served with just-made flour tortillas, all while paying homage to the traditions and recipes that have been a part of the Texas culture for decades.

    Our server was outstanding in his knowledgeable and spot on with the helping us select our entrees. The food was perfection in appearance and quality. Fresh ingredients for a delish flavor in our enchilada suiza and steak fajitas!

    Had yet another excellent meal at Superica. The tacos and tamales were great and their salsas are divine. The waiter was friendly and attentive and the decor makes the restaurant just plain fun!

    Wonderful experience. Eli was our waiter and he was friendly and informative. Ambience was fun. Food was delicious. And staff was very friendly.

    I’m from Houston Texas so I’m pretty picky about Mexican food. The chips and salsas were nice, we especially liked the tamatillo avocado salsa. I ordered cheese enchiladas which is my go to for judging Tex-Mex, the chili gravy was decent, normally I see a chipotle red sauce served on cheese enchiladas, flavorless yellow cheese was inside of the enchiladas, I wouldn’t order these again. My food came out within minutes of ordering, really quick, but my wife ordered veggie fajitas which came out about 10 mins after my enchiladas. The veggie fajitas tasted burned and like the cast iron they were served on, the veggies were still firm so they didn’t get cooked long, I’m guessing they missed the order and tried to cook them quick on high heat. We liked the decor & vibe. Price was high for the food taste. Tijuana Flats is WAY better.
