This was my second time dining in this week! Both times were a great experience! Customer service and food were both fantastic!!!! I'm in a wheelchair and everyone was so accommodating!!! The restaurant was nice and accessible!

Everything was amazing! Our server was fantastic, the absolute best. Atmosphere was so much fun with Santa. Food and drinks were top notch as always.

I brought a group of 20 people after an event and we were treated terribly. It was 9pm on a Sunday (an hour before closing) and the restaurant was almost empty. First, they gave us a fight to have everyone sitting together. The food did not come out until almost 10, and then at 10:30, a police officer came and asked us to leave. On top of that, after paying for my meal and leaving, someone there said they had already paid for my meal as a gift, so the restaurant charged twice for the same meal. Overall rude and awful, it was most of my guests first time there and they all said they will not return, and I won’t either. Nice building and good food but overpriced and terrible service. Don’t go if you value being treated well.

Up to the usual standards. My only small complaint was the refried beans weren’t as creamy as I’ve had at the Government Street location in Baton Rouge. Otherwise, 10/10.

Super disappointed with this location. Shrimp tacos were so greasy the tortillas were clear with oil that dripped out. My husband’s food rested in a pool of orange oil. Beans were cold and tasteless. We have eaten in the NOLA location several times with enjoyable experiences. Hopefully this will improve as we expectedly waited for the opening and gave it a couple of months to get settled in. My Coke Zero was flat. Sad

I’m so disappointed in our Superior grill. This was my second visit there and it will be my last. All the other Superior grills I have gone to were so good. Not sure what is going on with the one in Lafayette, but it’s not the same as the other locations. Food is just so bland, and the margaritas we had last night had to be sent back. Something had spoiled in the mix I guess. Was very very bad🤮. If you get the right bartender you can get an awesome chocolate martini, but you gotta get a certain bartender. And of course, this is a very, very loud restaurant. If you plan on talking to the people going with you, better sit outside in the front, or find another restaurant. Very hard to communicate with others because of the noise level.
