Join us and dine right at our Forks Township, Easton Restaurant serving unique cuisine in a welcoming & memorable environment. With a focus on customer service, attention to detail, scratch-made New American cuisine & Wood-Fired Pizza, all in a chic but casual atmosphere.

Our vibe is fun, energetic, welcoming, and cool- never stuffy or snobby. We believe that our attention to details both inside and outside of the kitchen is what has fueled our success. We welcome all to come and enjoy our passion for food, service and ambiance.

We booked earlier the same day on a Saturday and didn’t have many options in Easton for our preferred seating time - I’m glad this encouraged us to try SURV! Service was very good - friendly, knowledgeable, and checked in at appropriate intervals. Oyster appetizer special was excellent and everything else we tried was also very good.

We dine here regularly because it’s close and we don’t have to fight for parking. The staff and service are great. Our favorites are the pizza and salmon burger.

Highly recommend! I was a little nervous when we pulled up in the front to a strip mall, however after walking to the very back of the atrium we found the restaurant. It was very nicely decorated. Service was excellent. Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks. Two people in our group said the pork loin was exceptional. One small negative, I wouldn’t recommend the fig and Brie app. Reasonable prices. I would definitely go again!

Food was great, wait staff was wonderful and a restaurant that thought about noise levels and did a great job all in all a 10 experience

This was a last minute decision and we had the best experience from beginning to end. Our drinks, dinner and dessert were all delicious. Our waitress was super attentive.

We've been wanting to try SURV for a while. It was okay.... We made reservations ahead of time (it was a weeknight) and were seated promptly. However, there is a weird, almost hallway that connects the pizza area to the main dining room. It felt disconnected and a little bit like we were misbehaving children banished to the corner. We started with the meatball appetizer. They were okay - nothing special. My partner ordered the chicken and waffle, and he did really enjoy it. I had the Funghi Amongi pizza because I love mushrooms, but the porcini ricotta was a little weird and there was very little actual mushrooms on the pizza. I will say our server was EXCELLENT! I wish I could remember her name. She let me try a new wine they had before committing to a glass. Drinks were always refilled promptly. She was friendly, funny and attentive. Overall, we might try again if we are in the area. Maybe we just ordered wrong, or the restaurant had an off night. 🤔

The space is modern and sexy. Great service, excellent cocktails and mocktails. Our meal was delicious, but a bit on the salty side. We definitely will return.
