Join us and dine right at our Forks Township, Easton Restaurant serving unique cuisine in a welcoming & memorable environment. With a focus on customer service, attention to detail, scratch-made New American cuisine & Wood-Fired Pizza, all in a chic but casual atmosphere.

Our vibe is fun, energetic, welcoming, and cool- never stuffy or snobby. We believe that our attention to details both inside and outside of the kitchen is what has fueled our success. We welcome all to come and enjoy our passion for food, service and ambiance.

Love everything about this restaurant. Food is down right amazing so fresh and cooked to perfection. Staff is wonderful. Highly recommend

The food was excellent! Our server Robin was very attentive and friendly and gave excellent wine and beer suggestions.

Salmon was a little over cooked but all else good. Our server Eric was excellent.

The service was slow we have been to surv before and the experience has never been exceptional and we won't be back, the food lacked flavor and the drinks don't taste of any liquor. It took the waitress so long to.come back to take a dessert order than we just didn't bother ordering dessert. Very disappointed because it is such a cooly decorated place.

Erik our waiter did an excellent job. We ordered the Beet and Burrata salad which is one of our favorites and it did not disappoint. My wife has the crusted salmon and I enjoyed the sausage and pablano pizza. This is one of our favorite places to eat in the Lehigh Valley.

We were late for a reservation, but still treated with the utmost kindness. The service was fantastic. The food was wonderful. We were celebrating a birthday and everyone there made it very special.

We booked earlier the same day on a Saturday and didn’t have many options in Easton for our preferred seating time - I’m glad this encouraged us to try SURV! Service was very good - friendly, knowledgeable, and checked in at appropriate intervals. Oyster appetizer special was excellent and everything else we tried was also very good.
