5th time at sushi bar. Unfortunately just wasn’t good this time. Fish quality was much worse than usual. The scallop was spoiled, sadly the dish the truffle was wasted on. The rice was dry and gritty. For $500+ i would expect better food.

Epic!!! There is no better dining experience in Miami. The food, the service, the intimate atmosphere, I cannot say enough about how amazing this place is. Honestly we wanted to stay for the second seating it was so good. Do yourself a favor and book a spot here asap!!

The overall experience was nice but most of the courses fell flat. Enjoyed 5 out the 17 courses..

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sushi Bar, and it was truly a standout experience. From the moment I stepped in, I could tell it would be more than just a meal—it was an experience. The ambiance was welcoming, with the chefs preparing each dish with precision and care right in front of us. The food itself was phenomenal. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I can't recommend Sushi Bar enough. It’s not just about the food but the artistry and attention to detail that make it special. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the mood for something exceptional!

Tornare in questo posto è stata persino un'esperienza migliore di quanto potessi ricordare. 🏆 Il sushi è stato un viaggio di sapori; l'organizzazione generale è stata egregia e l'atmosfera ha reso tutto ancora più incredibile. Rifarei questa esperienza mille altre volte! 🔝

AMAZING and so much FUN. We went for Miami Spice, but it was really an experience. It starts when you arrive at the hotel lobby, someone was waiting for all the guests to arrive with a welcome cocktail, it was purple and refreshing. We always like to arrive early, so, we waited about 30 minutes before they took us down the cute outside courtyard to a tiny room where the restaurant was located. They had placed name tags on the seats and everyone welcomed us. They went through the explanation of the experience, there was a mixup with the Miami Spice that evening, but they did honor it for the 2 parties there specifically for Miami Spice. Every presentation was beautiful and the explanation very helpful, but everything we ate was amazing. I love sushi, but have never been a fan of the large slices of fish, but I decided to try it for the first time here. Oh my goodness, it was such a beautiful experience, the slices were not big, they melted in your mouth, and the combination of ingredients was perfect. I would highly recommend this place/experience with a special someone or with a group of friends, be advised it seats 12 people only so your group can take up the whole restaurant. Go and ENJOY.

Best sushi experience in miami!! Sawuara and wagyu the most incredibles in my opinion. Highly Recommended!
