I think the website and description of Sushi By Bou in south is not representative of the offering/normal Sushi By Bou experience. It is mentioned that the Southampton location is similar to NY with an omakase menu, but it’s a regular sushi menu. It also wasn’t disclosed anywhere that they don’t have their liquor license. I think it would be best if the Bou team was able to set these expectations up front prior to guests booking.

Food was not fresh, service was awful. Group of ten people, food came out at all different times some of the group didn’t even get their food, had to remind servers multiple times, very sloppy. Not recommended. Especially if you know what good quality sushi is.

This is not a restaurant, this is a club I guess. The music is blasting, I'm not sure why they advertise as authentic sushi, it is the total opposite. Super weird.

Quick service, attentive servers, upbeat atmosphere. However, sushi was subpar, rice tasted stale/crunchy, fish tasted fishy, and menu is very limited and overpriced. Very informal atmosphere for such an expensive menu.

This is wildly overpriced for the pop-up compared to the actual restaurants in NYC. Also the a la carte is a terrible option and if you’re going to go, definitely only go for the omakase that’s 17 pieces for $125. Otherwise you pay $100 for the only sashimi / nigiri option on the a la carte menu that’s only 10 pieces (or get rolls which is definitely not what this restaurant is known for). There’s a reason the a la carte menu for tables can’t be found online - because it’s a rip off. The fish is good but it’s a horrible value - just paying to be at the pop up in Southampton

Everything was perfect! The food, staffs, ambiance .., I can’t wait to go back ! They made my trip to the Hamptons!

For some odd reason sushi were warm. It didn’t taste terrible, but not “sushi by Bou” quality. Place is relatively small, it appears to be more of a pop up restaurant due to Covid. Definitely won’t come back. Guys, please clean your bathrooms, it was really bad.

Food is always on point at Bou. Sushi Chef Cameron created a great atmosphere and served up great Omakase. The girls behind the bar/wait staff A+ ! Can’t wait to go back
