Sushi by the Heights is a contemporary Japanese restaurant that values American culture, we offer a variety of food from fresh sashimi, sushi, tempura, roll, 3 styles of hand roll, steak and Robata options. We source the ingredients widely from the world's best sustainable products including Japan, New Zealand (well known for their best King Salmon), Indonesia (spices), and even local ingredients straight to our kitchen. Had a great time with friends because of the excellent company but the food wasn’t anything to write home about. Fish didn’t taste particularly fresh and wine was like grape juice. Service was excellent, however, our server was very attentive!

The perfect place for the quiet birthday dinner we wanted - plus the food was outstanding and the service was fantastic. A bit pricey, but you absolutely get what you pay for.

Bad experience tonight. :-/ sushi is pretty good! Server not so great. Literally 2 other tables when we were there and I had to get up 2x to order more food then ask for check. Wanted a glass of wine and was HH, was about to order one on the menu and sever told me there were 4 options all comparable to the two on the menu. Check comes and was $20 a glass vs the $10 on menu one. They did not revise the check! Not very cool! 👎🏻

The ambiance is really nice. The sushi was good and the waitstaff friendly. Not the best sushi in the heights, but for the price it was an overall good experience.

The chef was really nice and came out to greet us. Our waiter Phil is PERFECT!! He is what makes our dinner awesome.
