   I have been going to Sushi Hero since they opened but over the last few occasions it has become predominately a take away which is fine but there is a constant flow of delivery drivers in and out in the cold weather is not ideal if you are sat by the door. However, that is not my biggest complaint. I went in with my sone and we ordered a selection of starter and our mains. No sooner had the starters been delivered to the table my main was bought out and when I said I was not ready the waitress put my meal behind the counter to allow us the time to finish our meal. What this resulted in was my main was cold. I would not have minded so much but we were the only customers in the place! Surely this is a basic in any hospitality to allow guest time to eat starters before cooking the main which was a pretty easy one to prepare in no more than 10 minutes. Don't get me wrong the food is excellent but the service has become terrible and this is because their emphasis has become Deliveroo and at the price point I would think twice before returning.

   What they achieve in this space is amazing. Great service, lovely atmosphere and exceptional food. Had real deja vu of eating top quality sushi in LA.

   Food here is exceptionally nice but the service is really bad as they are so focused on takeaway orders. Been here a lot of times but be prepared to be ignored if it’s a busy night. Shame as the food is lovely.

   This restaurant is a true gem - best by miles in the neighbourhood - can’t fault it.

   I have eaten here so many times and really rate the food. I haven’t been for a while (not sure if management has changed) but the food really wasn’t that great. Disappointing.

   Great food - keep coming back. It’s a very small restaurant so book ahead. Come with good company as not much ambiance It’s all about quality of the food

    Service was great, very attentive food was excellent. Restaurant and toilet nice and clean and everything was smooth from start to finish. Made my daughter’s birthday meal special. We would definitely recommend and would definitely return.
