    I dont often give 5 stars. i did this time as it was well deserved. I ordered popcorn shrimp tempura app, and spicy hakata ramen bowl. The ambience, the food, the service was perfect. Service, the moment we entered, we felt welcome and valued. And the timing of the two folks teamed up to serve us was absolutely perfect. If it were my restaurant, id hire these two in a heart beat and would want them to represent my bisiness. Theybwere nothing short of perfecr. The popcorn shrimp app was perfect, sweet and crunchy bowl. fantastic taste and texture to start the meal. My colleague ordered sushi board and enjoyed it, along with salted edimame bowl (they have various spicing choices for this bowl) I had the Spicey Hakata ramen bowl as my main meal. it really was not spicey to my palate, more mild. But the flavor blends and textures, perfection. I loved it so much and my reaction so positive, my colleague ordered a bowl for himself too. I always order a diet soda. Was a bit pricey, but this is Vegas in 2025, and worth a second visit for me. I hope to return before i leave my work assignment here

    This weekend trip was planned 8 months ago for my birthday, hubby’s gift was concert, fine dining and sushi restaurant of choice. Looked up high ratings and experience online for sushi and you guys came up. Because we missed our flight and had to reschedule, we missed our reservation with sushi Roku but did not want to leave Vegas without trying your restaurant. We booked 4 hrs before our flight, and oh my goodness it definitely did not disappoint. The sushi was beyond any great sushi I’ve ever had in Salt Lake City or any other Nevada restaurant.     Top 3 best restaurants in my book. Fresh fish in all the sushi rolls I had to order another roll after I finished my other 3 rolls. Amazing. Only regret is that I waited until my last night in town to try it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
