Sushi Saint, located in Downtown Orlando's Creative Village inside the Brew Theory brewery, is a temaki hand roll bar & sushi lounge by Michelin-starred chef Michael Collantes. Each hand roll is made fresh and handed one-by-one to ensure its consumed in its freshest state. Sushi Saint features many beers on tap manufactured on-site, a selection of low ABV sake-based cocktails and sake by the glass.

Made-to-order hand rolls are prepared with the finest global selection of premium seafood, at both the temaki bar and sushi lounge. The lounge menu is designed to elevate date nights and intimate group outings with DIY hand rolls, nigiri platter and other small bites.

Walk-ins are welcome. Reservations are recommended for the 12-seat temaki bar for a more personalized experience in front of the chefs.

We accept all major credit cards and are a cashless facility.

This was our first experience at Sushi Saint and it was wonderful. The food was amazing and the flavors were on point. We sat at the bar which was usually wide and made serving from chefs a little difficult but the atmosphere was great. We had two zero proof cocktails and were not missing the alcohol. The staff was friendly and helpful with the menu when ordering food. We are excited to go and try their Omakase experience. Would definitely recommend a stop at this restaurant.

Awesome place! Great sushi — esp recommend the hand rolls! Very special. All the sashimi is fresh, excellent quality and tasty. Presentation is beautiful. Waitstaff is knowledgeable and on the ball! Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic food and great service. They accommodated our 3 year old with an off menu unagidon that he devoured. We had an amazing experience and can’t wait to go back!

This is a fabulous Omikase experience, especially at this price point. Much of the fish was imported and of high quality. The experience was intimate and nice, much less rowdy/loud as the main dining room of Sushi Saint. Highly recommend this for someone who wants an introduction to this style of dining. Not pretentious, everything explained and just an entertaining, interactive, delicious evening.

Miel and Chef Beck were fantastic. Very welcoming and informative. This was our first time and we’d definitely recommend this experience.

We had high expectations for Sushi Saint after seeing it featured in the Michelin Guide, but unfortunately, our experience fell short. My fiancé visited for Valentine’s Day, anticipating top-tier sushi, but the quality did not live up to the hype. The sushi tasted overly fishy, which is not what you’d expect from a restaurant at this price point. Freshness is key when it comes to sushi, and this was disappointing. For a place with such recognition, we expected much better execution in terms of flavor and quality. While the ambiance and service might be up to par, the food itself-what truly matters-just didn’t deliver. Given the Michelin mention and the premium pricing, we hoped for a more refined and enjoyable dining experience. Sadly, we wouldn’t return based on this visit.
