Das "SWAN&SON" ist seit dem 01. Oktober 2024, das neue Restaurant des Berliner Spitzenkochs Björn Swanson in der Charlottenburger Giesebrechtstraße3.

Björn Swanson der auch das Restaurant FAELT (1 Michelin Stern) betreibt hat sich mit dem SWAN&SON seinen Traum vom Szenerestaurant erfüllt. Hier ist es kommunikativ, quirlig und doch gleichzeitig charmant und herzlich.

Die Küche wird vom gebürtigen Charlottenburger Norman Faust geführt, der nach seiner Lehre im Hamburger Spitzenhotel Louis C. Jakob und einem Abstecher in die Schweiz nun im SWAN&SON, seine erste Küchenchef-Position inne hat.

Ob Lunch, Aperitivo, Dinner oder Drinks an Bar - wir sind an 6 Tagen in der Woche und ab 11:30 Uhr für euch da.

Überragend gute und leckere Speisen, mit großem Aufwand und Liebe zubereitet. Ein Bistro, das ein wenig zu gut belüftet ist und daher sollten Gäste sich mit Wärmeschutz bekleidet hierher begeben. Alles in allem eine hervorragende Empfehlung für kulinarische Genüsse.

Wahnsinnig tolles Ambiente im Vibe von MAD Men, getoppt von ausgezeichneter klassischer Cuisine und makellosem, trotzdem lockeren Service. Zu empfehlen.
