    Eaten several times previously always good. However the waiter was somewhat limited in service. The steak was tough and undercooked and had to speak with the manager... the lamb was average with little taste. At NO stage were we offered anything complimentary (12.5% service charge on £400 meal).

    It was our 14th wedding anniversary, and we were visiting from Australia. The food, ambience & service was just superb. We could not recommend the Swan more highly
