   The food was pretty good. I had pulled pork , Mac n cheese and Brussel sprouts. The Brussel sprouts were delicious and our server Veronica was outstanding.

   Wanted to take my wife out for a birthday lunch. Arrived and were seated immediately. Ordered appetizers and meal. One of the entrees came out at room temperature not hot it was returned and another brought out hot. Waitress hardly checked in on us. Food is on the expensive side. A bit of a let down considering my wife was looking forward to eating here for her birthday. Don’t know if we will go back again.

   Great fusion of Southern and Asian flavors. Really liked the pimiento cheese wontons. Good ambiance

   Our server did not seem like he wanted to be there. We had to ask for refills. The baked beans were luke warm at best and really just weren't very good. The brisket was tough. The jalepeno corn bread was excellent. We had the brisket egg rolls which weren't very good but that may have just been us. I am very picky about my brisket but before I make a reservation and drive somewhere a half an hour for brisket I will go to Jim n nicks which has excellent.

   If you are looking for an okay neighborhood restaurant it's that. But, I was expecting much more considering we made a reservation. They were very unorganized. If you order the lemonade in a plastic cup, you only get one half of a cup full. Because, it actually comes in a very small glass and no refills. The restaurant is overpriced for what you get. I wouldn't recommend it.

   This place shouldn’t be on open table. Disappointment. Almost everything went wrong. Wrong drinks. No drinks. Forgotten drinks. Missing drinks. Had a party of 12 and had two servers introduce themselves as helping us. We’ll come to find out one of them wasn’t our server about half way through but didn’t tell us. So when all our food came out and two of our party didn’t have their food for about 12 minutes and I told this guy, tall brown haired kid, he said “oh it’s probably in the window” and went about to take another tables order! I confronted him about it and he said “oh I’m not your server anymore” and I’m like well why didn’t you tell us? I finally found our other server and about 6 of us needed refills, two orders didn’t come out yet, water glasses dirty, no plates on table for apps. It was a disaster. Staff just didn’t give a rip. Not their fault bc manager never left the food window. No one cares about customer. Gave me wrong drink 2 times and never refilled our waters. I’m sure the fact they were getting an auto tip made this even worse. And a 3% kitchen appreciation fee tacked onto the bill. For real? Even for the people who never got their food. Won’t be back. Horrible service. Non existent management. Sub par bbq. Horrible potato salad. Max and cheese was only redeeming feature. Not worth the headache. Embarrassed I brought my friends here. No changing tables in bathroom at a bbq joint. We’re at least 5 babies there when we dined. Had to change my baby in the car and it was cold and raining out. This place just really needs help.

    Restaurant layout is very compact. There is no reception area, therefore it is very crowded around the entrance door while waiting for a table. They have an extensive drink menu. Entrees are limited. The only poultry offered is pulled chicken. No whole, half or quarter chicken is offered. The service was very good. Our waitress was attentive, though the restaurant was busy. Once we received our bill, it listed a 3% charge for kitchen. thank you. When I questioned it, the waitress said that she could take it off if I wanted. Of course I left it on., as probably most guess do. Why would a restaurant not pay Its kitchen workers a livable wage. Why should the customer subsidize the restaurant’s responsibility to its employees,
