We showed up as a party of 10 for a hen do on 23/03. We had booked for bottomless brunch in your upstairs area. On arrival we were told that no booking existed, even though I had confirmations and paid £10 deposit. Throughout this mess, the staff members were extremely rude! They said that you don’t do bottomless brunch anymore yet it is advertised on your website, and there were multiple bottles of Prosecco and glasses on show. As a result they asked their sister cafe, Cafe au Lait if they had a slot. On arrival there we were offered a table big enough for 3 people for 10 of us! It not only played a toll to all of our other bookings throughout the day, we had a disappointed group. All of this would have been forgiven a lot easier if your staff treated with us respect and used decent customer service…. Also, I would appreciate the £10 deposit back…

We had the best time at Sweet Little Things for my sister's hen party. The team allowed us to arrive 15 minutes early to set up some decorations and couldn't have been nicer. The service and venue was beautiful and the food was delicious. Would absolutely recommend booking for a special occasion!

After waiting 5 mins to be seated, ww had a hair in the sandwhich, the refilable tea contanted 2 tbags and only half full. We were the last booking , and the hoover got emtied in the bin that was no more than 2 meters from our table. Prob where the hsir cam from. At 6pm the staff put on their coays and waited for us to leave. Not what i wanted for a special occasiason

We had a nice time but wouldn't rush back. Food was adequate - sandwiches were OK, there were too many chocolate items as part of the afternoon tea. Table next to us had quiche as part of their tea which didn't arrive with ours so had to follow up. It was a bit embarrassing when it did arrive as the portion was so small! Scones were very good. Service was pleasant but not amazing. Scones were excellent and by far the best part of the experience.

We enjoyed our Christmas afternoon tea. I felt the selection of drinks was quite limited.. Food was very nice, but £32 each I feel was expensive!

We went with our 2 young granddaughters for afternoon tea and the staff were so good with them. The food was perfect for the occasion

Over priced afternoon tea for 2. Poor turn out of food. Scones thick and hard, only one tiny pot of jam and clotted cream. The sandwiches were what seemed almost frozen. And the little cakes looked as they had just come from a budget supermarket. 100% not worth £60. Hygiene wasn't any better either, waitress served numerous customers, picking her nails and went out to vape and not once did she wash her hands. I could go on but on reading other reviews, I'm sure they'd even care. But for sure we won't be going back there

Booked afternoon tea for my mums birthday. Our experience at SLT was absolutely brilliant! Fantastic and friendly service from start to finish and delicious food and drinks! Would highly recommended to anyone !
