   We had Valentine’s Day dinner at Sweetwaters. The food was excellent. I enjoyed my lobster tails tails, and my husband enjoyed his spaghetti and meatballs. Sweetwaters is our favorite place to eat whether a holiday or a normal visit.

   Had a great valentines dinner. Service is always spot on and my steak was cooked perfectly. One of our favorite restaurants.

   If you are looking for a great steak or meat entree, there is no better local steakhouse than Sweetwater's. There is absolutely nothing better. Service is awesome. Drinks are very very good. Great atmosphere for any occasion, and the food is spectacular. Have been going for years and will continue to go. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!

   A date afternoon lunch and shopping around westfield. The stores were nice but expensive. We went for a 1 o'clock lunch. Had 1/2 dozen East Coast oysters and Shrimp Crostini apps the oysters were great per usual. The Shrimp was good but would not repeat. I had the 5oz Filet w/Grilled Asparagus and she had 8 oz NY Strip steak w/Sweet Potato Fries both requested Medium. They were presented as requested were delicious and there were no doggie bags to take home. The servers as usual were excellent with no rush to leave we had coffee and tea after meal. Enjoyed lunch we will return and can recommend lunch or dinner here. Too full to have dessert so can't provide review on it.

   My ribeye was overcooked and beyond tough and chewy. Difficult to cut with the steak knife. They graciously remade a new one to medium as originally requested and it was still incredibly tough with gristle throughout. Terrible cuts of meat. My sister had a strip and it was cooked to order at medium but also tough. I typically have the Chilean sea bass there and it tends to be excellent. It’s unacceptable for steak to be awful at a steakhouse. Service was very good per usual. As a long time customer, this was highly disappointing.

   One quality of a nice restaurant is that the wait staff doesn’t have a lot of turnover. At Sweet Waters, our waiter had been there for over 17 years - that tells you something. The food was exceptional. The wait staff was attentive. The ambience was very cozy.  When you want a great steak, this is the place to get it.

    Sweet Waters is my fav restaurant to go to for both dinner and brunch! The quality of food and presentation is so amazing. I will always recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to have a great steak or great French toast and you must have the Nueske Bacon, it is truly to die for! I want to give an awesome thank you to our host, William. Every time I have him, it's always a pleasure. This past weekend I brought my family and one was visiting from Texas and wanted a good brunch before she left. I suggested Sweet Waters Steak House immediately! They loved our host William who was amazing with our 4yr old Princess and of course the food and she wants to come back to NJ to try the steak. Thank you William and thank you Sweet Waters for always making my visit truly amazing. I will see you soon.!
