It was so loud I couldn’t hear my wife across the table from me. Many people are so rude. They won’t be quiet when the sommelier begins to speak.

We booked the Valentine’s Day special- Kiss in the Dark . Our meal didn’t start on time, but 30mins afterwards. The portions were small for the price and the soft drinks were not included in the price. Because we didn’t get the pairing option, we received our food last on every round, and had quite a wait on a few of the rounds. That sucked because we had our blindfolds on and could hear everyone finishing their meals and their silverware hitting their plates. There were two waiters for the entire thing, and we had to ask for things more than once during the entire night as they were forgetting. Also- I didn’t have the option to tip accordingly, and it was already included on the final bill. The blindfolds were also mediocre and pointless as they told my wife what her food was on one of the rounds, and we were supposed to guess. All-in-all the food didn’t taste that bad, however the service, quantity, and experience would not be something I would book again; as it was not worth it. We both left wishing our Valentine’s Day was better.

Food was pretty decent, we had the 8-course dinner package, it was really busy when we went there and I believe they over booked that night(valentines day) because my wife and I had reservations for 9pm and could not get sat until around 9:40, when finally sat the service was a spotty because of how many tables each server had. However, a man in a red tie who I believe to be a manager was very nice all night and would come around to see if we needed anything. Overall not too bad but pretty upsetting to spend so much money there to have such a low experience.

I had the three course meal and murder mystery experience. I went on Valentines Day and expect some mistakes here and there on a busy night, but the whole experience from the time we entered the building was disappointing. We walked in to an overly crowded small space that has filled every square inch with tables. If we were planning on having an intimate experience we came to the wrong place. We waited for a few minutes to be greeted. The hostess didn't stop what she was doing to talk to us, she just continued grabbing things and walking and told us we could go to the patio for apps or sit at the bar while they set the tables for the next murder mystery. We squeezed through the dining area to the patio where several couples stood awkwardly by the door. We waited for about 20 minutes... during which time the staff scurried around trying to figure out who arrived in what order. No appetizers were offered. Nobody ever came to let us know the murder mystery dining area was open. My date finally went in and asked. We stood in front of the busy exit to the patio for a few minutes for our reservation to be checked, while being pushed past by frantic waitstaff. The first course- Lobster Bisque- tasted like it came out of a Campbell's can and they sprinkled some fresh parsley on top. The second course- Braised Beef- came out cold. It had so much salt I could feel my tongue tingle. I was unable to finish mine. The third- chocolate cheesecake- tasted fine but the server took our utensils and didn't bring them back. For everybody. We looked around at the other couples who were all laughing and attempting to eat our desserts with knives. The one redeeming factor was that the murder mystery was fun. I didn't expect to be an actor in the mystery, but I still enjoyed it. The person in charge of this was entertaining and enjoyable. Our server admitted that he was not trained to wait tables and was just thrown in because they were short-staffed. It showed.
