We have been several times to this restaurant and always had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, this time we encountered a problem. It was our friends birthday and when I made the reservation online I mentioned about having a cake to celebrate the birthday. The day of I called ahead and was told it was looked after. Upon arriving I checked again and was told again that it was looked after. Only after my wife going to the restroom and asking if they were going to the cake she was that they did not know about it. Sorry not good. We also had to signal to get service more than once. Not great for wanting us to come back.

Had a super fun time. Our server, Thomas was awesome, good natured, funny and efficient. Highly recommend the mussels and the spicy shrimp. The handhelds and salads are also delicious

The staff at this location were amazing! We had a number of unexpected arrivals in our party and adjusted quickly to make more room for us, our menu requests were varied but they didn't forget a single one. Lastly, our food was great value for money. Thank you, Symposium, for a great time. Be well, DT

This will be a place that I will return too , food was excellent , service was outstanding , location was easy to find . If there was any negatives it was with the parking . I will be a repeat offender to this establishment

I met some friends for lunch at Symposium Cafe but unfortunately, made the wrong food choice of fish and chips. Although the french fries were tasty, the fish tasted like it came out of a deep freezer and the cole slaw was terrible. My friends, who ordered salads and soup, fared much better. Sadly, I was disappointed in my meal.

We went on a Tuesday and had the 50% off pasta and it was the best seafood pasta I have ever had. It was served HOT! And so much seafood and incredibly flavourful!

I had brunch here with some friends, and the service was excellent! The hollandaise sauce and home fries were delicious. However, the avocado toast could be improved by using sliced avocado instead of the mashed version, which tasted like it may have been previously frozen.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Food came mostly in a timely manner. Pancakes were dry, the rest of the food was good. We (6 of us) mostly ordered breakfast, one ordered salad. We would eat here again.

Not our first time and definitely not going to be our last time here. Sri and everyone here was so helpful and courteous. Sorry if I spell Savan the managers name wrong. Thank you for everything you did for our party of 4. Although we were the last people there, not rushed to leave. Great time had. Back soon.
