Dal Bukhara was absolutely nothing like actual Dal Bukhara. It was a basic black dal aunties make at home, it wasn’t creamy like a restaurant dal should be. The garlic naan looked nice but wasn’t made with fresh garlic. The malai kofta was ok. The gobi Manchurian wasn’t that crispy. It was also a bit too garlicky and too salty. It didn’t have that yummy Manchurian taste. The saag paneer was blah. The Tabla in Atlanta is really nice and this one was quite disappointing.

We had a fantastic experience at Tabla. The food was excellent and our server took the time to answer our questions about the different dishes. She even went as far as answering our questions on how the dishes were to be eaten.

Staff and servers were so welcoming, attentive, courteous, and helpful. It was our first time at Tabla or any Indian food restaurant. The food was delicious, clean and tasty. We will definitely go back!

Everything we make is checked on daily basis for quality test. Also, please join our loyalty program and also keep an eye on all the different promotions that we run through our website and social media because that significantly brings our costs down. We prepare everything from scratch, and we pay a lot of attention to the quality and service that our guests will receive, which also leads to a little bit higher cost with the increased labor and food costs for us. We visited for Mother's Day, arriving early when it wasn't busy. Despite this, we experienced exceptionally long waits at every stage. Our drinks were served sporadically, and one was forgotten. Appetizers were brought out one by one. We had to repeatedly remind the staff that we hadn't placed our main dish order yet. Meanwhile, other patrons who arrived later had ordered and received their meals. I wish I could rate the experience a zero. Ultimately, we left without finishing but not before our Mother's Day lunch was ruined.

Horrible experience…food was gross!! We went with another couple, ordered appetizers which came out within minutes, obviously these dishes are prepared ahead of time and barely heated and served warm. Worst veggie samosa I’ve ever had. The aloo chaat was another disappointment also barely warm. The entrees arrived within a second of the last appetizer. One person ordered lamb vindaloo spicy and it arrived with zero heat level, the mushroom vegan dish had peas that were cooked through, the chicken tikka masala has huge chunks of precooked chicken which were dry and tasted old, barely heated through, thrown into a lousy version of a sauce.

Hey Ms. Chin, Wow talk about shooting oneself in the foot or should we say in the food. You mentioned 5dishes in your review and we managed to mess up every single one. We are lost for words we really don't know as to how or what happened, but we must say this that we do apologize for the experience you had. Ms. Chin we've been in this food service business for a while now and we must Thank your friends and you for stopping by. What happened is what you mentioned, we are way way better than that and the reviews across all platforms be it on Yelp, TripAdvisor, OpenTable and Google showcase just that. Do stop by unannounced at any of our locations and enjoy our hospitality. As for the food being not fresh, well all our dishes are custom prepared and made only when we get an order.
