    We had two servers that looked after us and Terra was extremely outgoing and really made our experience fun. Food was great

    As a local I would say this restaurant is for tourists who do not know local cuisine. Our salads contained mostly old lettuce with brown touches and one of the cherry tomatoes was spoiled. No excuse! Gumbo contained little substance other than roux and rice. Gnocchi was tiny and overpowered, actually swimming, in brown butter & covered (hidden) by pecans. I will not return to eat at Tableau.

    There were only two tables in the upstairs so the noise level obviously was low. The server was delightful and we chatted for a while. The shrimp in the shrimp and grits dish were done perfectly, but the grits lacked flavor. My gumbo was fairly standard. The star of the show is the crème brûlée. Make sure you order it.

    One of the worst dining experiences of my life! Had a reservation and table wasn’t ready when we arrived. Waited at least 10-15 minutes just to be seated and another 20 at the table before we were greeted. We stopped a couple servers and asked who’d be waiting on us but he was also the bartender so he was busy. He finally came and never apologized for the wait but argued with me instead that we didn’t wait that long. My date told him we were celebrating my birthday but it was not a special experience for me. He said we must already know what we want since we were waiting so long. Never told us the specials, brought some cold bread in a to go wrapper. Wagyu was so fatty and chewy. Obviously not quality cut. They were out of the gumbo…main thing I hear was good there. Mediocre ambience and food with subpar customer service from everyone except a manager who acknowledged my birthday. Would not recommend and would NEVER go back.

    Our waitress, Ruby, was fantastic. Very friendly and attentive. Food was a bit underwhelming other than the crab claws. Those were delicious!

    Our server did not know what she was doing. She mumbled and had the pricing wrong on the special. She didn’t know to clear our table between courses. We also saw her mess up two other tables orders. We ordered the mussels and the duck. The mussels were tangy (not fresh) and the was hardly any duck in the pasta. Pasta that looked like it had been re-warmed and sat under a heat lamp. It was a solid mass.
