Not sure if it was the OpenTable app or the restaurant, but neither of them disclosed that the restaurant was not opening for New Year's Eve, I made the reservation way in advance. I even received a confirmation that my reservation was "confirmed", needless to say the four of us went out of our way to drive through town and traffic, in busy Tokyo's Shibuya area only to be disappointed by closed doors and no one ever sendings a note that they were not opened for the day. Very disappointing.
