   Food was good get the Nepali chicken stir fry not the beef. Beef was tough chicken was amazing. Pan seared dumplings with tomato chutney was really good the large deep fried pork dumplings were good just don’t get the sauce. Get them with a side of tomato chutney.

   A wonderful surprise! Dallasites rarely leave Dallas for dinner, but we found ourselves in Arlington and here and took the open table rec. The menu is limited but REALLY good. The chow mein is big enough to split and delicious! The atmosphere is so cool, seat yourself and the generous bar was our choice. Javi was an excellent server in this selection. GO! Support a small business.

   We visited Taipo- Behind the Door last week and WOW!! what a neat experience. We're used to having to travel to Dallas for the ambiance and interior that Taipo provides its' guests, so were pleasantly surprised to have this pop-up right in our backyard. We made a reservation, however we discovered none were needed when we arrived - you just sit anywhere. The entry hall is truly unique - an ordinary fast-food storefront contains a set of black doors through which you enter a long black hallway adorned with chandeliers and an impressive row of brass prayer bells. The actual restaurant is made up of a large bar with a huge gold Nepali statue in the center. Gold light fixtures and a gold mesh screen cover the ceiling and walls, giving this "speakeasy" a truly mysterious and warm vibe. The service is casual and friendly. The craft cocktails are delicious - unique concoctions of your favorite spirit blended with interesting herbs and mixers. The food is a blend of various dishes consisting of dumplings, noodles, and sandwiches. We ordered several different items and all were excellent. This is a little gem in the middle of Arlington and we cannot wait to return and try other food and drink options!

   This place is definitely a hidden gem, we went here on a whim as a suggestion with available seating and we were pleasantly surprised! The food was excellent with seasoning that had just the right amount of spices Prices were affordable Service was excellent
