   Our whole experience from start to finish was amazing-but the highlight was the service. Alex was an AMAZING waiter! He gave stellar recommendations on drink and food and was so personable. Probably the best restaurant service experience I have had in years. Alex should get a raise!

   Honestly, the karaoke and vibe created in the private room itself outdid the food, but the customer service remained priority.

   Great fun, surprisingly unpleasant food except for the chicken appetizer (chili garlic wings), and delicious slaw. Main dishes are way overpriced for the quality of the food and the cooking of the food. Bi Bim Bap was … as if my teenager tried to make it without a recipe, and forgot to cook (and maybe wash? They were so dry) the green onions sprinkled across the top. I ordered the tofu for the protein option for this dish and well … the tofu was minuscule … suspiciously perfectly shaped like miniature dice, and not seasoned. The rice on the bottom was crispy and very bland. The veggies were all texture and hardly any flavor. I tried to add broth from my friends Army Soup (avoid at all costs) to add flavor and some moisture to my dish and well, I regretted that. These dishes are on average $30 each and so, I expected more. The cost for 2 hours and three meals, ginger tea (luke warm but actually delicious), and the chicken appetizer was $332 and change. There is a learning curve using the device to choose songs … you’ll spend more time trying to figure it out if you don’t speak and read Korean fluently. IF I returned I wouldn’t order anything other than tea and an appetizer, and would stay just one hour. The singing was raucous fun, first time I’ve tried karaoke. I was surprised no one knocked on the door and asked us to pipe down! This alone was worth an extra star … this and the fact that a staff member heard us drop our chopsticks while we were learning the translation sheet for the song choosing remote and brought new ones without us even having to ask.

   A great spot to spend time with a friend or host visitors from out of town. They provide tasty dishes and exceptional service. Additionally, the open mic event that takes place every Thursday is quite impressive. I will definitely be sure to visit again in the future.

   Booked a karaoke room for 2 hours, 8 people. It's important to note that if you booked one of these, it's your responsibility to let the server know when you're done with the room or else they'll continue to charge you. We made the mistake of waiting on someone to let us know when our time is up, so we ended up getting charged the extra 15 minutes. Sound system is great, lots of songs. The controls were a bit confusing and weren't very responsive, so half of the time was spent figuring that out. Food and drinks were delicious, but way way wayyy overpriced. For example, a bottle of soju is usually $8-$10, they charge $18. It was actually $16 on the menu, but the charge on receipt was 18. So make sure you check your receipt. 20% grat is added to groups 6+. Got 2 kimchi rice, 2 popcorn chicken, 2 korean pancakes, 2 sojus, 1 somac tower. We could have gone without the tower. Total spent was (including Saturday room rate) ~ $525 or roughly $66/person. I enjoyed coming here and the food was great, but I could probably only afford this once year. And I think, for at least Korean food, you're better off somewhere else that's cheaper.

   We had a reservation at 6 pm. The first waitress brought us to our table with the menus and stepped away; never brought back water for us. The place was not busy. She came back about 10 minutes later and asked if we were ready to order. Never asked whether we want to order any drink. My daughter asked some questions about food portions but got bad responses. We asked for a few minutes to review menu options. She walked away and still no water to drink. We almost leave without oder food, but my daughter wanted Korean food. We stayed and asked a different waitress for water…

    I found this place on Yelp which I know can be very unpredictable and inaccurate. But I read the menu and that convinced me to check it out. The atmosphere and vibe is geared toward the younger twenty crowd with separate Karaoke rooms and videos being shown around the dining / bar area. So the food and service, Fire! We were greeted and treated wonderfully by Alex. The food was served fresh, hot and flavorful. I would and will go back for Korean food - and stay away from the weekends to leave that up to the young bloods. I really hope this review reads well to those who see it. It was awesome! Alex it was so great to meet you. Gratitude to the chef, bartender and Alex for a great experience.
