We went in thinking we were going to have a 5 course meal with wine pairings. This reservation was made weeks prior with us even speaking to “Mike” ensuring that this dinner would be a complete high class experience - when actually it was no different than going to a chain restaurant. When we arrived for our 8:15 reservation we did not get sat for 20 minutes and were ushered to the side to keep us out of the way. Once we finally got sat, the experience did not match the price of the food. We sat with dirty dishes in front of us for most of the night. We waited over 25 minutes for glasses of wine from the bar, the waitress knew very little about the menu, the experience they tried to sell us in the beginning never happened. We wasted our NYE evening eating OK , overpriced Indian food. I will never waste time or money at this establishment again. The GM and lady working the front really ruined the experience (even though the chef tried his best to make it better). If you are looking for a true foodie, classy experience, check out Brodeto or any other high end place - Tamasha was not it. Extremely disappointing.

We enjoyed New Year’s Eve dinner at Tamasha, and it was perfection. The hospitality was excellent. We felt welcomed. Our server was professional, friendly, very knowledgeable, and the perfect balance between attentive and giving us space. We started with chili spiced jumbo shrimp as an appetizer. It was beautiful and delicious. The balance between the sauce and spice with delicate saffron garnish was excellent. I had chicken pasanda (don’t quote me on these names) which was done with something like 27 spices in a sauce made with cashews and topped with sliced almonds. It was exceptional. And I love that I had a choice between naan or rice (naan! All day, every day!) We will definitely be back, and were grateful to finish out the year on such a culinary high note.

We decided to indulge by having New Year's Eve dinner at Tamasha (our second time). I had very little to eat (shared two appetizers and some naan); my husband had the rest of our appetizers and an entree; we each had a beverage - beer and glass of wine; finished off with dessert for me. I was absolutely floored that the final bill was over $200. Please know that service on all levels is exceptional, from the hostess to a check-in from their executive chef. We were also seated at a table in front of the kitchen entrance - it was noisy, bright and distracting for our entire dining experience. If you want a truly special night out, this is your place. Unfortunately, I suspect that we will not return because of the cost.

Service was excellent - our waitress seemed genuinely glad that we were there and glad to assist us. Food and drinks arrived promptly, in fact, at times too rapidly but this was New Year’s Eve and they were fully booked. Menu choices were varied. I do not enjoy intensely hot spicy pepper influenced foods but I do love spice and herbal blends and Tamasha was spot-on with mild heat and excellent flavors. I was particularly impressed by the wine list. There was a wide variety of choices by the bottle and the glass but the best feature of the list was the clever way the list was curated. It made it very easy for me to select a perfect pairing for my entree.

I have been here twice. Won’t be back. It is grossly overrated and overpriced. The staff is surprisingly rude, exhibiting a substandard demeanor for the price point demanded. If the food was spectacular this might work - or ambience - but neither balances the arrogance of this establishment. In addition, they make a sport of tricking you into up-charges (by suggesting things of absurd price that are presented as if they are included - after they take your menu. They also quietly include a 20% tip. It's almost as if they expect you not to come back so they gouge amap. They also run you out which is amusing to see when they aren't full and there are empty tables. Again, part of their marketing ruse I think. Save your money and go somewhere that doesn't feel oppressive and cold. Disappointing is an understatement - our entire group walked away a bit disgusted.

Food is tasty but way overpriced. Portions are too small for price. Service was poor. Beautiful environment. No kids menu. 20 percent gratuity automatically added to all party sizes.

We were so looking forward to this reservation made weeks in advance. Sadly we felt everything was overhyped and overpriced. The 1.5 hour time limit really put a damper on things for our evening - we were constantly reminded we had to vacate our table within the time limit from the minute we entered at the host stand, so much so that we didn’t want to order dessert. Our waiter, Matthew was wonderful - Tamasha needs 10 more of him - he was so joyful but you could tell he was under pressure to turn our table. The food was fine and the cocktails were alright both nothing to write home about though pleasant. I will say that the decor was certainly not the caliber they make it seem on their website. Overall, not worth the air of luxury and exclusivity they are trying to convey at all - hope the novelty wears off soon so people can enjoy a nice enough dinner without waiting for weeks and take 1.55 hours without feeling rushed!
