   We were placed near the hallway in the back corner on the top floor, which wasn’t what we had in mind when booking. We specifically chose this restaurant for its ambiance, as showcased in the photos, but our table’s location took away from that experience. Not only was there a constant flow of guests and staff passing by—resulting in my chair being bumped multiple times—but our seating also limited our view of the restaurant, making it hard to take in the full atmosphere. This was a Valentine’s Day dinner we had been looking forward to for a long time, and we traveled from far away just to dine here. Unfortunately, our seating placement dampened what was meant to be a special experience. While the restaurant itself has a great vibe, we wish we had been seated somewhere that allowed us to fully enjoy it.

   I came to celebrate my girlfriends birthday and everything was perfect, amazing food, great customer service; i would definitely come back again.

   THE WAITER ENCOURAGED US TO ORDER THE 14 0Z STEAK ON THE DINE LA MENU. AND TOLD US WHAT A GREAT VALEU IT IS..... WHEN WE RECEIVED OUR BILL THERE WAS A 30 DOLLAR UPGARE FOR EACH ORECER... 68 = 30. 100 DOLLARS FOR THE STEAK... GREAT VALUE. WHAT A JOKE.. WE TOLD THE MANAGER ABOUT IT ... WHO WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, SHE ASKED DIOD YOU EAT THE STEAK.... WELL OF COURE WE DID. WE THOUGHT IT WAS 68 DOLLARS AS THE WAITER REPRESENTED IT TO BE.... IF WE HAD A CLUE THAT IT WAS 100 DOLLARS. WE WOULD HAVE ORDERED SOME THING ELSLE,,, BUYER BE WAR... VERY DISAPPOINTED...

   Trey was great, service was on point. The food was not too tasteful had to send my lobster & shrimp fried rice back to be recooked and the recooked version was no better. Orange chicken was good just needed more sauce. Going Back is not an option was not worth the money.

   Always have a good time at Tao. The service was great the waiter she was friendly. The ambience is always great. I love that they play music of all varieties and the food is always really good.

    Absolutely horrible experience. To sum it up it took an hour for rice and orange chicken, they switch waiters and the second waiter never spoke to us or checked in on us I complained for the hour wait and that's when the service got worse! Waited to give the check till I went to the restroom. The surrounding couples got there food before us after being seated 20 min after us, lastly she was so embarrassed of her own poor performance she gave the neighboring couple my credit card. Luckily they were good people and returned it to me. They charged me 144 dollars for this service. Go to Panda Express instead at least they speak to you.
