Dumplings were great. Duck, which is the house specialty was very very poor. One tiny piece per pancake is not half a duck.

Vegetarian cauliflower kung Pao plus vegetarian fried rice made for a simple delicious meal. Attentive service. Lovely elegant atmosphere.

Excellent food and service. My guest was a bit late to join but the team were very courteous and understanding. The food was excellent, and the portions were generous. Lovely restaurant, will be back.

Just love this place, the food is amazing and always above my expectations. Also the staff are really professional and adorable, often checking on you! Highly recommended

My friends and I admit that the food was really yummy, and the ambiance was great, with interiors resembling mid-fine dining. However, the customer service was awful; we felt their actions were rude. They repeatedly asked if we were finished, even when some of us were still eating, giving us the impression they wanted to rush us out. A server abruptly took an empty bowl without asking and presented the bill before we requested it. Due to this unpleasantness, we will not eat there again

Customer service was SO friendly. And we really appreciated not being ushered to order or leave when finished. Will definitely come back with more people to try more dishes

Was looking for a place to eat and was not disappointed with our experience at Tao Restaurant and Bar. Food was delious and staff welcoming and friendly. The best meal we had in Sydney during our long weekend away.

Overall the food was rather bland. Food comes out quickly, so not a long lunch/dinner venue. Essentially it's a suburban chinese restaurant located in the city.
