The service and food here was amazing. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! We had a banquet as we had a group and it was easy and delicious.

They offered our reservation to another Indian family and kept referring to them as our friends…we had no idea who they were. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt since there were only 3 people working on a busy night, but we were super rushed, didn’t get our drinks till we were almost done with dinner, tried to order dessert shortly after ordering our mains but were told the kitchen was closed, while they were still making our food? Food was good but overall experience was a mess.

We were last sitting at 9:00pm a couple of nights ago . The food was great - no complaints there - fresh and delicious. Unfortunately we were under pressure to leave soon after the food arrived. My recommendation- don’t offer a 9pm sitting if you don’t want to service it. Don’t book the 9:00 setting, and you’ll probably enjoy great, fresh food.

Everything was good about the experience until we were rushed to leave by the manager and wait staff at the 45 min mark! We were a booking for 3 and when booking it had said 1.5 hours allowed. So being rushed out at 45 min mark made us feel most unwelcome on Christmas Day We left at the 55 min mark.

Tao has fast turned into our favourite place for lunch after visiting Santa for photos! Alex the Maitre is always so welcoming and friendly. The food is delicious and plentiful. The salt & pepper tofu is a favourite! Highly recommend!!

Everything was great. My mates came to Sydney from overseas, so invite them to Tao. Was the best choice. Food was great, service was also great.
