We were unable to ever even get drinks. We stood in the middle of the restaurant for over ten minutes waiting to be seated. We had made a reservation for inside and we were seated outside in the cold. After we were seated outside and no one even looked at us for another ten minutes we left. Terrible service and will never return.

It's a small restaurant. When we got there we were offered the patio, which had heaters, so I thought that would be okay. Big mistake. It was a cold evening, and the heaters didn't do the trick, so we were cold. The seating was kind of couches and the table was a heater of some sort...ours didn't work. The problem was that the table was far away. To eat, we had to sit on the edge of the couch to reach our food. My husband commented at one point that he was eating fast just so we could leave. The food was good. The waitress had trouble making a cup of coffee for my husband. There was country music, which I hate. All told, we won't go back.

Based on the location and rating we decided to try Tap & Vine for dinner. Upon entering, we were the only patrons at 8pm. Strike 1. We were seated and received menus. Looking around the decor was upscale, however it was already well past Christmas and they still had a tree and other decoration strewn around the bar area and the tables. Strike 2. We ordered the Bourbon Brown Sugar Glaze Salmon, Chicken Marsala, and Caprese Panini with Chicken. When we received our entrees The Salmon had what looked like they simply poured the glaze on top of it instead of basting the protein. This meant the Salmon was already cooked and the "chef" didn't baste the glaze during cooking. The Risotto was not hot, dried out and not creamy like Risotto should be. The Haricot Verts were also not fresh. The Marsala and Panini were just as underwhelming. To cap off a perfectly bad meal, we watched as one of the employees was painting the door leading into the kitchen during dinner service. Strike 3. Will definitely avoid this location in the future.

This location is small, menu not the same as other locations. Very limited offerings. Calamari needs seasoning.

We really enjoyed the Christmas pop up! We will definitely come back before the end of the year to enjoy it again. Great job

First time there. Food and service was great. It is a quaint little place for a nice date night. Will be back again.

The atmosphere was nice and so was Jackie. The drinks were good and the fudge brownie was delicious; however I didn't care for my steak.

We used Open Table, per usual, to secure seating & place reservation --my husband has special needs re: mobility. When we arrived there was NO seating except a low table you would have to crouch next to--and it didn't have room for 4 of us! The hapless waitress (I did feel for her!) Said they had no hostess and ALL TABLES had been given away. Terrible experience & won't return. :(

Went to Tap & Vine for an early dinner; made a 3:30 PM reservation. There was ample seating as it was not crowded at that time. The overall meal was great; the food is excellent and plentiful. The service was not very good on this particular trip which is unusual. The server forgot to put in our appetizer request and brought out our entrees. When we inquired about our appetizer, he admitted to forgetting to put the order in and wanted to know if we still wanted it as our main dishes were on the table. Although this was not the best dinner experience we had, we have eaten there several times before and had great service and meals. My recommendation is for the servers to write down orders to ensure they are right and there should not be any issues.

As we try to locate places to spend free time in the area, we are gravitating to combination beer/wine places given one of us prefers beer and the other prefers wine. The name for T&V says it all in that sense. Patio was comfortable notwithstanding the scorching heat and the available beer/wine selection and food was good.
