A celebration of Sherry, Wine, Tapas, & Friends. Influenced by the culture of sip-a-little-bit-of-this-and-eat-a-little-bit-of-that, Tapavino began in August 2012 as Australia’s first Sherry Bar in Sydney, in a little lane-way not unlike something you would find in the cobblestoned alleyways of Spain. Helped by the beautiful warm vibe that greets you as you step inside and take a seat among floor-to-ceiling wine bottles, Tapavino was named runner-up in Sydney Morning Herald's 'Best New Bar' Awards within 4-months of opening. 12-months later we were named 'Best Bar with Food'.

Food was delicious. Great vine recommendation from the waiter. Perfect place for date night or with a group. Will definitely come back again. 5 stars!!

What a great out of the way charming and very tasty restaurant. Loved the tapas selections. Great find.

Starting with a warm welcome Great table service , waitress able to answer any food questions including what was GF . Great help with wine selection A wonderful experience

Ambience was nice, dissapointed our only choice was a set menu for 10 with different pallets not able to choose there own dish, sliders - bread was a bit stale and the meat skewers came our cold. Nice as first try but not keen to go back

Our waitress, Demi, was very helpful, advising re number of dishes etc; the tapas were delicious; we’d highly recommend.

The food is fantastic. The wine is fantastic. The service is fantastic. I have been there 3 times now during my visits in Sydney and I really enjoy this place. Absolutely a great restaurant - I highly recommend it.

This place is a MUST!! Both the food and service were outstanding. Our waiter Marco was great. Made some great recommendations and added a little fun to our experience. We had a great variety of food. Definitely need to try the lamb skewers! The mushroom truffle was delicious. It was like a quiche which surprised me but great!! The roasted potatoes were nice and crispy and the cheese with honey and walnuts was perfectly paired with crusty bread. We would definitely go back!

Made very welcome the staff were very attentive unfold the noise level was very high and it was difficult reading the menu in the dark we had no light on our table but the food and wine was delicious Robert
